Basic equipment for your commercial kitchenWhatever your business model, you will need the following:

Commercial Cold Press juicer

Look for the machine which offers maximum performance and production speed to increase your potential profits. Take the sa-fety, power and ease of use of the machine into account.

Citrus fruit juicer or industrial juicer(optional but recommendable)

Refrigerator or cold room (depending on levels of production).

• Ideally, you should have a separate cold space for preserving the finished product and the raw material.

Commercial juicer

Tables for filling bottles and manual capping

Define sufficient space for positioning the juice tank, empty bottles, lids and full bottles. Use a tank with a tap to speed up the work. Think about a space for labelling the product (date of manufacture, best before end…) Be sure to follow the regulations of your region.

Shelves

• Storage shelves for: discs, bags, tanks, kitchen utensils, buckets and containers, trays; as well as for safety items such as gloves and protective glasses. • Assess a specific shelf for ingredients: nuts, salt, chia seed, spirulina and other foods in powder.

Support table or trolley with wheels

This will facilitate operations by bringing the fruit for juicing within reach, transporting finished juices, etc.

For transporting pallets of fruit and vegetables, as well as the pallets of finished product.

Cold room

If you manufacture large quantities of juices, you should ideally have a cold room for storing the finished product, and for the fruits and vegetables to be processed. We recommend you have one room for finished product and another for product in production.

Changing rooms for employees

According to the legal regulation, the employees must have facilities for changing their clothes and showering.
