More product descriptions Just a thought...How many uses are there for let's say a personal care product like Hand Lotion...generally speaking...1. How many uses for an Epoch Lavender Essential Oil? Let's list a few. 25 Ways to use Lavender 1. Headaches Rub lavender essential oil neat (undiluted) on your temples to ease a headache. You can also inhale the scent for the same effect. 2. Dry hair and dandruff Add a few drops of essential oil to some warm water in a squirt bottle and shake. Disperse throughout your hair and rinse after a few minutes. Or you can drip a few drops on your brush and brush through hair.

3. Fabric refresher Add a few drops of essential oil to some water, shake well, and spritz your clothes and other fabrics, like curtains. The antibacterial action will kill germs and add freshness to fabrics. 4. Ear infections Add a few drops of essential oil to some olive oil and warm it slightly. Drop a few drops into the ear canal and let it sit. It will aid in the healing of infections. 5. Add to perfumes Lavender blends well with many other scents. I add the essential oil to oakmoss and patchouli for a clean, woodsy scent. 6. Depression Lavender is a natural mood elevator, and may help with depression. 7. Sleep inducer While lavender will elevate the mood, it also calms it. Try some lavender tea before bed or a few drops of essential oil on your pillow. This also works to calm babies. Dilute the oil at a 10:1 ratio. Mix it with a light oil like sweet almond or jojoba. Run a warm bath and add a few drops of the mixed oil. You can also add a few drops to the water when you wash the baby clothes. 8. Skin creams Lavender is known to help regenerate new skin cells. Add several drops of essential oil to your face cream or body lotion to help heal your skin. Its antibacterial action makes it particularly helpful with chronic skin problems such as acne. 9. Counter tops Lavender is antiseptic. Add a few drops to some warm water in a spray bottle and shake. Spray this on your kitchen counters to kill germs and bacteria. 10. Cramps Lavender is anti-inflammatory. It helps relieve menstrual cramps if rubbed on the abdominal area. It can also help with the inflammation caused by hemorrhoids. 11. Insect bites

Lavender can help relieve the pain and itching from insect bites. It can also help fight infection from them as well. 12. Insect repellent Why let the bugs bite you first? Lavender is a natural insect repellent. Add some to your homemade insect repellent. Shake well and spray all over. 13. Insect repellent 2 Don’t forget your plants. Add several drops to a small spray bottle full of water and shake well. Spray on roses and other plants to keep the aphids off of them. You can also plant lavender in between other plants to keep the bugs away. 14. Deer and rabbit proof Neither deer nor rabbits like the smell of lavender. Use the same spray as above to keep animals from munching on your plants. Inter-planting works here too. 15. Food Infuse water with lavender and make ice cubes for a refreshing treat. For lavender ice cream, add flowers to milk and strain before adding to ice cream maker (or leave them in for a more conspicuous flavor!). Add lavender flowers to cookies for a interesting snack. Add fresh flowers to salads for a different taste. 16. Sinus infections or colds Boil some water and add to a large heat-safe bowl. Add a few drops of essential oil to the water and lean over to inhale the steam. Tent a towel over your head to catch as much of the steam as possible. 17. Burns For burns of all kinds, including sunburn, rub the essential oil neat over the burn. It will soothe, bring down inflammation and help to begin the healing process. 18. Helps prevent scars Lavender essential oil, along with Vitamin E, will help to prevent scarring. This includes stretch marks. There is currently a study being done on older scars that involves lavender oil. It may also help reduce the appearance of older scars. 19. Wood cleaner and polish

Lavender contains compounds that will help clean wood furniture and add natural luster to the surface. Use lavender essential oil in your homemade wood dusting spray to give furniture a nice shine. 20. Prevents mold and mildew Lavender is anti-fungal. It will help to kill molds and mildew and help keep them from reforming. I use it in a spray for the inside of my shower curtain because it always stays damp. 21. Muscle aches Massage a few drops of lavender essential oil into your sore muscles. It will help relieve the pain and stiffness. 22. Help to banish evil spirits Ok, so this one is not necessarily proven. A little history for you though – in ancient Rome, lavender was used in doorways to keep out evil spirits. This could be true, as it can help to lift the mood – so people entering a house would be happier. Could be….

Epoch Firewalker. Epoch® Firewalker® is a soothing cream that relaxes and cools feet that are hot, tired, and sore.

CONCEPT: Soothes tired, achy feet. Do your feet ever feel like they’re on fire after a long, hard day? Soothe and relax them using natural ingredients like Hawaiian ti plant extract (Cordyline terminalis), traditionally used by Polynesian firewalkers to absorb heat and to cool and soothe the skin. Combined with Babassu oil (Orbignya phalerata) to provide the perfect amount of moisturization. TARGET AUDIENCE: Individuals who have tired, achy feet due to being on their feet all day, walking, or standing for long periods of time. Examples of people who would use this product are: nurses, flight attendants, presenters, food servers, retail salespeople, and people who travel, hike, run, etc. PRODUCT CLAIMS: • Absorbs the feeling of heat brought on by tired, achy feet. • Relaxes and softens skin. • Safety-allergy-dermatologist-tested. • A donation of $0.25 from each Epoch® product sold goes toward the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation,™ a nonprofit organization committed to creating a better world for children by improving human life, continuing indigenous cultures, and protecting fragile environments. KEY INGREDIENTS:

• Hawaiian ti leaf (cordyline terminalis)—the large leaf of a tree found in the rain forests of the South Pacific. Historically, Polynesian firewalkers found the leaf to be a source of relief from the heat after they had walked across the firey coals. It was used to cool and soothe the skin. • Babassu oil (orbignya oleifera)—a botanical used for generations by the people of South America as a natural skin softener and moisturizer. FYI: When Polynesian fire walkers finish crossing the hot coals, they immediately step into a pile of Hawaiian ti leaves. The Hawaiian ti leaf absorbs heat and gives relief to their swollen hot feet. Samoan Fire Dancers often wear skirts made from large Hawaiian ti leaves. The large ti leaves help absorb the heat from the flames, keeping the dancers cool and comfortable. COMPLEMENTARY PRODUCTS: • Epoch® IceDancer® Invigorating Leg Gel—a clear cooling leg gel that instantly stimulates and revives tired, achy legs. A good companion to Epoch® Firewalker.® • Epoch® Hand Sanitizer—a waterless on-the-go hand sanitizer effective in killing 99% of the most common germs and bacteria. People who use Epoch® Firewalker® on their feet will want the benefits of Epoch® Hand Sanitizer to follow. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: What makes Epoch® Firewalker® Foot Cream different from other foot creams on the market? The essential ingredients in Epoch® Firewalker® Foot Cream are received from indigenous cultures (studied and observed by our ethnobotanists to determine what they use to help soothe tired, sore feet). The two ingredients that we use are Hawaiian ti (cordyline terminalis), used by Polynesian healers for centuries for its skin soothing and cooling properties, and babassu oil (orbignya phalerata), used by the people of South America as a natural moisturizer and skin softener.

This will be the beginning of your education on the unique properties of this exclusive

botanical product line.

I want you to set a goal to have used all of the Epoch products

and created your own testimonial well before the launch of Epoch Essential Oils.

To start this week with:

Epoch Glacial Marine Mud.

Epoch Glacial Marine Mud is a VERY POWERFUL product. Thousands of

years ago, Epoch Glacial Marine Mud was deposited naturally in a

pristine glacial estuary in northern British Columbia. Legend has it

that indigenous peoples may have tried to make pottery from this

special mud. They were unsuccessful because of the mud’s fine particle

size, but noticed their hands were softer and smoother. Today, with

exclusive rights to use this rare resource, Nu Skin brings you a

wholly unique, skin beneficial mud rich in minerals and trace elements

that empowers you to be a force for good throughout the world through

donations to the EB Medical Research Foundation. Epidermolysis Bullosa

(EB) is a genetically transmitted skin disorder that primarily a# ects

children and causes the development of blisters or open sores on as

much as 75 percent of the body. Dedicated to helping find a cure for

EB, Nu Skin donates $0.25 of every Epoch Glacial Marine Mud product

sale to the EB Medical Research Foundation.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

Revive your skin with Epoch® Glacial Marine Mud. This

skin renewing estuary treasure helps exfoliate dead skin

cells, remove skin contaminants, and rejuvenate damaged

or troubled skin. Continuously enriched by the ocean, this

unique glacial mud nurtures your skin with more than 50

beneficial minerals and trace elements, including zinc and

sea botanicals. Its naturally fine colloidal particles and absorbent

properties significantly enhance its deep cleansing

effects. Through an exclusive homogenization process, its

particle size is further refined to create a highly absorbent

mud that hydrates and cleanses with impeccable consistency.

Experience revitalized skin by pampering your face and body

with regular treatments of Epoch Glacial Marine Mud.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Men and women of all skin types.

BENEFITS AND FEATURES:

• Minute colloidal particles of Glacial Marine Mud act

as an emulsifying agent by forming a barrier around

oily particles, thus allowing them to be removed.

• Deposits more than 50 skin beneficial minerals and

trace elements to nurture the skin.

• Softens and purifies the skin. By attracting water, the

mud helps to hydrate the skin.

• Helps draw out impurities and toxins. The basic molecular

structure of Glacial Marine Mud is negatively

charged. Positive ions including cations that naturally

occur in the mud and positively charged impurities

bind to the mud’s negative charge and can then be

rinsed away leaving skin cleansed and detoxified.

• Safety–allergy–dermatologist tested.

KEY INGREDIENTS

• Glacial Marine Mud (Maris limus)—obtained from a

remote glacial estuary in the Pacific Northwest, absorbs

impurities from skin (dirt, dead cells, excess oil) without

robbing precious moisture. This skin-beneficial mud

is homogenized to increase its absorption powers and

provide ideal consistency.

The following are some of the more than 50 skin

beneficial minerals and trace elements featured:

• Copper—helps improve skin strength, cutting down

on fragility.

• Zinc—an essential mineral for healthy skin.

• Magnesium—a necessary component of the skin’s

natural energy cycle.

• Silver—aids the skin’s antimicrobial activity.

• Chromium—helps maintain balance in the skin.

Body Bar is a cleansing bar for the whole family, while Epoch Polishing Bar is exclusively formulated for deep cleansing and smoothing. Epoch Polishing Bar contains the bark of the sisku’pas (Tsuga heterophylla) to help exfoliate and polish the skin so it is left soft, smooth, and clean. What are the red/orange stripes in Epoch Polishing Bar? The red/orange stripes in Epoch Polishing Bar are the bark from the sisku’pas tree. Are trees cut down to harvest the bark? No, trees are not cut down to gather the bark; our suppliers use only the discarded pieces that would otherwise be wasted (all Epoch ethnobotanical ingredients come from renewable resources). Is Epoch Polishing Bar for use on the face or the body? Epoch Polishing Bar is a great way to cleanse the body. Not only does it remove dirt and impurities, but it also leaves skin feeling soft. People with very oily skin may choose to use Epoch Polishing Bar to cleanse the face—teenage boys particularly seem to like it—although Nu Skin has many cleansers designed specifically for use on the face. What does it mean to “polish” your skin? Polishing refers to a gentle type of exfoliation that leaves skin smoother by removing dead skin cells on the surface of the skin.

Success has many Paths

Article: By Monte Schumacher

Success has many pathways— and no two people in Nu Skin describe their path the same way. For some, it means accomplishing a certain goal they have set for themselves, letting nothing come in the way of achieving it. For others, it might mean achieving the best blend between their home and work lives. For yet someone else, it is taking a walk through life, excelling at everything they put their minds to doing, and enjoying the Nu Skin journey to the fullest. A fourth person might concentrate only on the financial aspect of Nu Skin; for them being successful would equate making lots of money. All of these are great definitions of success, born of various combined factors like the individual’s dreams, where they are coming from, what they feel comfortable with, and what they feel driven to achieve. One wonders how then how there is generally only one duplication model but that is a discussion for another time.

For me, personally, the definition of success as I approach 30 years with Nu Skin is to grow and learn by building an Epoch based business. I want to see real and measurable outcomes that benefit the Force for Good Foundation because of the growth of my Epoch business and the success of my new Epoch leaders.

Epoch for me represents one of the final chapters in my very long Nu Skin book. Having the opportunity to directly impact others by being a "force for good" is in essence the very definition of Social entrepreneurship. A social entrepreneur identifies and solves social problems on a large scale. Just as business entrepreneurs create and transform whole industries, social entrepreneurs act as the change agents for society, seizing opportunities others miss in order to advance sustainable solutions that create social value.

A quick Reminder:

8 Steps for the next 100 Days. " Jan 2015 "

Human nature will tell us that most wait until the last minute. And that is what will occur for most in Nu Skin as we countdown to 100 days until the LSO (Limited Sales Offer) of the Epoch Essential Oils in April. The Epoch Oils will be launch in a Kit. Those Kits will be available for ONE DAY only. The public release of the Epoch Oils will be in July 2015.

What should you be doing NOW and for the next 100 Days?

1. Determine your "Why" 2. Create YOUR story and learn the Epoch story. 3. Clearly establish your goals. 4. Become familiar with all the Epoch products. Educate yourself. Become an Expert. 5. Determine how many Customers and Distributors you are going to create...each week....each month. Part time, no less than 5 Customers a month. Full time, no less than 10 customers a month. 6. TAKE ACTION. Do something. Don't waste the month of January "planning and going to training meetings". The Epoch product line is very simple. 7. Listen to the Epoch Coaching Calls every Sunday evening.

(See the other posts in this group for details.) http://www.nuclubtrainingcalls.com/
