The first day of summer school we visited HUNT. In addition to having a presentation about HUNT by Steinar Krokstad we also had a lecture by Professor Imre Janszky about random error. NORDICEPI 2015 The Norwegian Association of Epidemiology welcomes you to the 7th Nordic Meeting in Epidemiology and Registry-based Health Research in Oslo September 21-23, 2015. More information on the conference webpage of NordicEpi 2015. EPINOR Annual Meeting 24. September 2015 This year’s meeting will take place at the same time as the NORDICEPI in Oslo. Program Wednesday afternoon after the NORDICEPI we take a stroll from Midtstuen Station to Holmekollen Restaurant where we have a joint dinner. The program Thursday takes place at the University of Oslo. Registration If you want to participate you must registre by sending a funding application to Bente Evjen Schøning and EPINOR will refund the NordicEPI conference fee as well as 50 % of your travel costs. Registration deadline is 9. September 2015. Are you planning to go abroad during your project? The last funding deadline this year is 15. September 2015. For more information see epinor.no/funding. EPINOR has made a list of recommended courses/seminars. EPINOR Summer School 2015 56 EPINOR students met at Inderøya in North Trøndelag for the Summer School. This years theme was Missing data and measurement error. At the end of the four days we did a Kahoot.it session. The overall feedback showed that Jonathan Bartlett’s course was relevant for the participants projects. Our EPINOR student Ali Naseribafrouei voluntared to be our on site photographer.
