KnowYourClaimStatus Howtousethefacility?

ThisfacilityismeantforEPFMembers/subscribers/pensionerswhohavesubmittedaclaiminanyofthe

EPFOofficesacrossIndia.Usingthisfacilityonecantrackthe statusofaclaimsosubmitted.Theonlypre

requisiteisyoumustknowyourPFAccountNumber.

1. IfyouknowtheEPFOfficefromwhereyourclaimhastobesettled,selectthesamefromtheofficedropdownlist.

2. Onselectionofoffice,themandatoryRegionCodeandOfficeCodewillgetpopulatedautomaticallyintherespectiveboxes.

3. EntertheEstablishmentCodeinthethirdboxwhichcanbeofmaximum7digits.4. IncasetheEstablishmentCodehasanextension/subcode,enterthesamehere.Itcanbeadigit

orletterasthecasemaybeandcanbeofmaximum3charactersinsize.Leavethisfieldblank,if

thereisnoextension/subcodetotheEstablishmentCode.

5. Enteryouraccountnumberwhichcanbeofmaximum7digits.6. Clickonsubmittogetthestatus.
