FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a dismountable

chair assembly.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

[0002] Prior chair with four feet usually has a welded

metal tube frames equipped with back cushion and seat

cushion, Such design has various styles depending on

different needs and ideas. However, the storage and cost

are the primary concerns for business or user.

[0003] Therefore, a dismountable chair is taking the

place of the conventional welded chair. Dismountable

chairs are preferable to the users by its simple structure,

lower cost, and easy and fast assembly or disassembly.

[0004] Known dismountable chairs usually include a

frame consisting of two H-shaped frames linked by twotransverse shafts. The H-shaped frame has a front chair

foot and a rear chair foot. The two H-shaped frames are

linked by the two transverse shafts by bolts so that a seat

cushion and a back cushion can be arranged to the chair

frame. However, such design has the following defects

and inconvenience.

1. The seat cushion is downwards buckled to the

chair frame. The seat cushion is easily departed or

loosened from the chair frame by frequently disas-

sembly or improper pick up of stacked chairs.

2. The back cushion is fixed to lateral shafts by bolts

and sleeves. Such design needs many components

to achieve.

3. The chair frame and the back cushion are assem-

bled by bolts, and the seat cushion is separately as-

sembled to the frame. The installation efficiency is

not good, and the assembly is also poor,

Examples of known dismountable chairs are described

in CN 2 287 842 Y and EP 1 616 505 A.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0005] Accordingly, the primary objects of the presentinvention are listed in the following.

1. To provide a simple-structured chair with lower

cost.

2. To provide a fast and easy assembly to user.

3. To provide a firm and stable chair having integral

seat cushion and frame.

4. To provide a chair occupying minimum space for

package and warehousing.

[0006] To achieve above objects, the assembly in-

cludes an H-shaped chair frame, back cushion, and a

seat cushion. A complete chair frame is formed by the

H-shaped chair frame, two inverse L-shaped front chair

feet, and a front transverse shaft.

[0007] The H-shaped chair frame has two upper shafts

and two rear feet transversely linked by a middle shaft,

The back cushion is arranged between the two upper

shafts. The middle shaft also serves to support the seat

cushion.[0008] The seat cushion has a round skirt on a bottom

side thereof.

According to the invention, two columns are formed to a

front side of the skirt for arranging the front transverse

shaft. Two open holes are formed to a rear side of the

skirt for being penetrated by the two inverse L-shaped

front chair feet. Two rear sides of the two inverse L-

shaped front chair feet can be fixed to the middle shaft

of the H-shaped chair frame by bolts.

[0009] The front transverse shaft has two receiving

holes on a front side thereof for receiving the two columns

of the seat cushion, Two ends of the front transverse

shaft are fixed to predetermined positions of the two in-verse L-shaped front chair feet respectively by bolts so

that the receiving holes are aligned with the columns.

claim 1, wherein each of two upper shafts (11) of the

H-shaped chair frame (1) has an open slot (111)

opened from a top thereof, and the two slots (111)

of the two upper shafts (11) face to each other; the

two slots (111) serve to be inserted by two pins (21)

formed to two lateral sides of the back cushion (2);

two lower sides of the two upper shafts (11) are tworear chair feet (12); the middle shaft (13) has two

through holes (131) for arranging the two inverse L-

shaped front chair feet (4) by bolts (6).

3. The dismountable chair assembly as claimed in

claim 1, wherein the back cushion (2) has two re-

ceiving slots (20) on two lateral sides thereof for hold-

ing the two upper shafts (11) of the H-shaped chair

frame (1); two pins (21) are formed inside the two

receiving slots (20) of the back cushion (2) respec-

tively for being inserted into the two open slots (111)

of the two upper shafts (11).

Patentansprche

1. Zerlegbarer Stuhlaufbau, umfassend:

einen H-frmigen Stuhlrahmen (1) mit zwei obe-

ren Holmen (11) und zwei hinteren Beinen (12),

die quer durch einen mittleren Holm (13) ver-

bunden sind; wobei zwischen den beiden obe-

ren Holmen (11) ein Rckenkissen (2) angeord-

net ist;

zwei umgekehrt L-frmige vordere Stuhlbeine

(4), die durch einen vorderen Querholm (5) ver-

bunden sind; wobei der vordere Querholm (5)

zwei Aufnahmeffnungen (51) aufweist;

ein Sitzkissen (3), das an seiner Unterseite eine

runde Schrze (30) aufweist;

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassan einem vor-

deren Abschnitt der Schrze (30) zwei Sulen

(31) gebildet sind und an einem hinteren Ab-

schnitt des Sitzkissens (3) zwei offene Lcher

(32) gebildet sind;

wobei zwei hintere Enden der beiden umkehrt

L-frmigen vorderen Stuhlbeine (4) jeweils die

beiden offenen Lcher (32) des Sitzkissens (3)durchdringen und durch Schrauben an dem

mittleren Holm (13) des H-frmigen Stuhlrah-

mens (1) fixiert sind, wobei die Sulen (31) des

Sitzkissens (3) in den Aufnahmeffnungen (51)

des vorderen Querholms (5) aufgenommen sind

und eine hintere Seite des Sitzkissens (3) ber

dem mittleren Holm (13) liegt.

2. Zerlegbarer Stuhlaufbau nach Anspruch 1, wobei je-

der der beiden oberen Holme (11) des H-frmigen

Stuhlrahmens (1) einen von seiner Oberseite her ge-

ffneten offenen Schlitz (111) aufweist, und die bei-

den Schlitze (111) der beiden oberen Holme (11)

zueinander gerichtet sind; wobei die beiden Schlitze

(111) zum Einsetzen von zwei Stiften (21) dienen,

die an zwei Lateralseiten des Rckenkissens (2) ge-

bildet sind; wobei zwei untere Seiten der beiden obe-

ren Holme (11) zwei hintere stuhlbeine (12) sind; wo-

bei der mittlere Holm (13) zwei Durchgangsffnun-

gen (131) aufweist, um die beiden umgekehrt L-fr-migen Stuhlbeine (4) durch Schrauben (6) anzuord-

nen.

3. Zerlegbarer Stuhlaufbau nach Anspruch 1, wobei

das Rckenkissen (2) an seinen beiden Lateralsei-

ten zwei Aufnahmeschlitze (20) aufweist, um die bei-

den oberen Holme (11) des H-frmigen Stuhlrah-

mens (1) zu halten; wobei zwei Stifte (21) jeweils im

inneren der beiden Aufnahmeschlitze (20) des Rk-

kenkissens (2) gebildet sind, um in die beiden offe-

nen Schlitze (111) der beiden oberen Holme (11)

eingesetzt zu werden.

1. Ensemble formant chaise dmontable comprenant :

une structure de chaise configure en forme de

H (1) comportant deux montants suprieurs (11)

et deux pieds arrire (12) relis de faon trans-

verse par un montant de milieu (13) ; un coussin

de dossier (2) agenc entre les deux montants

suprieurs (11) ;

deux pieds avant de chaise configurs sous la

forme dun L invers (4) relis par un montant

avant transversal (5) ; le montant avant trans-

versal (5) comportant deux trous de rception

(51) ;

un coussin de sige (3) comportant une jupe

arrondie (30) sur lun de ses cts infrieur ;

caractris en ce quedeux colonnes (31) sont

formes sur une partie avant de la jupe (30), et

en ce quedeux trous douverture (32) sont for-

ms sur une partie arrire du coussin de sige

(3) ;

dans lequel deux extrmits arrire des deux

pieds de chaise avant configurs en forme de Linvers (4) sont introduits dans les deux trous

ouverts (32) du coussin de sige (3) respective-

ment et sont fixs au montant du milieu (13) de

la structure de chaise configure en forme de H

(1) par des boulons dans lequel les colonnes

(31) du coussin de sige (3) sont reues dans

les trous de rception (51) du montant transver-

sal avant (5) et un ct arrire du coussin de

sige (3) repose travers le montant du milieu

(13).

ses deux cts latraux en vue de maintenir les deux

montants suprieurs (11) de la structure de chaise

configure en forme de H (1) ; deux broches (21)sont formes lintrieur des deux fentes de rcep-

tion (20) du coussin de dossier (2) respectivement

en vue dtre insres dans les deux fentes ouvertes

(111) des deux montantes suprieurs (11).
