    PLAYER MOVEMENT

    1. Forward/Wings sprint to the corner, then turn to face the guards coming up the floor.

    2. Forward/Centre sprints to low-post position

    3. Guards bring the ball up the floor. The sequence begins when the right guard has theball just outside the 3-point arc.

    4. TRIGGER CODE IS ONE LOOK A OR 1A. Going to the left side would be

    1. Right Forward/Wing breaks out toward the ball-guard, to a point along the line thatmakes up the top of the key. Once there, the ball is passed to this player, just outsidethe reach of the defense.

    2. Forward/Centre steps out of the low-post to a line consistent with the RightForward/Wing. This player calls loudly for the ball.

    3. Left Forward/Wing cuts to the strong-side high-post position and sets a screen.

    1. Forward/Centre continues to call for the ball. Right Forward/Wing fakes that way, butthen immediately passes hard to Right Guard.

    2. Right Guard immediately passes hard to Left Guard

    1. Left guard drives the lane hard. She will look for the easy lay-up from in close as her first priority.

    2. She may draw the defense to her drive, opening up the Forward/Centre, who hasreturned to the low-post. She can dump it to this player for the open shot to the sideof the basket.

    3. Right Forward/Wing crashes the net in support of rebounds/loose balls, as does LeftForward Wing after completing her screen.

    2. Right Forward/Wing dumps the ball over the defenders in an arc pass hitting the LeftGuard somewhere around the left/centre of the key.

    1. Left Guard drives the basket. First priority is easy shot or lay-up from in close.

    2. If Left Guard draws the defense, second priority is the Forward/Centre who has nowmoved to the low-post position. Pass to her for the easy shot from under the rightside of the basket.

    3. Left Guards third option is a dump bounce pass to the Right Guard, who is thetrailer on the play, coming up the lane behind the Right guard behind the screen.

    2. Forward/Centre pops-out of the low post, and calls loudly for the ball. Rightforward/Wing gives it to her immediately.

    3. Left Forward/Wing sets a screen on mid-key defender.

    4. Left Guard sets a screen on defender near high-post position.

    1. Forward/Centre jab steps, fakes shot, and drives to the basket on the right. Firstpriority is a lay-up if its there. If this move draws a defender to her from underneaththe basket, she should dish to the Right Guard

    2. Right Guard comes in behind the screens and goes to the basket. She should bealert for a quick pass from the Forward Centre if her lane to the basket has beenblocked.
