RED PALM FIBRE OIL CAN BE EXTRACTED FROM PALM FIBRE using solvent extraction technology
In 2001 we discovered and started to develop technology to recover Residual oil in mesocarp fibre after screw press ( 4-6%)
This Oil currently Burnt in boilers along with Fibre to produce steam and power.
In 2003 we prefect the process to recover the fibre oil and filed our prior art on PFOE Technology .
PATENT PENDING IN 2003 ON PFOE : RECOVERING RESIDUAL OIL FROM PALM MESOCARP FIBER.

Our 1st commercial plant in production in Kim Loong Palm Oil Mill in Kota Tinggi, Johor in 2007
Our Technology uses Hexane of Extraction Grade (Food use)- easily available from Shell in Malaysia
Process is highly Efficient in terms of Solvent Consumption ( Only 4-6 L / ton fibre ) and Energy

Palm Fibre Oil is Rich in Carotenes and Vitamin E and Tocotrienol which can be further processed into high value nutraceutical products for the health care, food and feed market.
De-oiled fibre may find excellent use in Fibre boards , Cement boards, solid fuel, fibre pallets, paper pulp and biofuels.
