Alexandra Grossi (Alais) Alexandra just made herwest coast debut as Queen Isabella in Edward II atSan Diego's Diversionary Theatre. She is a New Yorktransplant who worked with such companies as RedBull Theatre, Theatre For The New City and CastleShakespeare Repertory. She received her BA in TheatrePerformance from Western Michigan University, andtrained at the British American Drama Academy in

London, England. She lives in LA also working in film and television.Alexandra is honored to be performing with North Coast Rep.

Jason Maddy (Geoffrey) Jason received his MFA fromthe University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. LocalTheatres include: Premiere Productions (BroadwayTheatre), Moonlight Stage Productions, North CoastRepertory Theatre, Welk Resort Theatre, San DiegoMusical Theatre, Stone Soup Theatre Company, IntrepidShakespeare Company and The Old Globe. RegionalTheatre Companies include: the Utah Shakespearean

Festival, Illinois Shakespeare Festival, Kingsmen Shakespeare Festivaland Theatrical Arts International. Most recently he had the honor ofperforming in Angels in America with Ion Theatre Company.

World, and Andy's world premiere adaptaption of his wife Sara'stranslation of Carlo Goldoni's The Liar, as well as Shakespeare's AMidsummer Night's Dream and Othello, and Ibsen's An Enemy ofthe People. Andrew previously served as Head of Theatre at UnitedStates International University's School of Performing and Visual Artsin San Diego, and was the Associate Artistic Director here at NorthCoast Repertory Theatre in Solana Beach, where he directed sevenplays, including the San Diego premiere of Torch Song Trilogy. Hehas also directed at San Diego's Theatre at Old Town, Michigan'sLORT Meadow Brook Theatre, Gunmetal Blues, Rounding Third, andCharles Evered's Celadine at the Colony Theatre, and The Foreignerat the San Jose Repetory Theatre. As an actor, he has appearednumerous times Off-Broadway and in major roles in eighteen LORTproductions across the country, including Meadow Brook Theatre,the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, San Diego Rep, the Alaska Rep,and five roles at The Laguna Playhouse, including The Actor in EnterThe Guardsman, Sam Galahad in both the production and on the castalbum CD of Gunmetal Blues, and most recently as Lawrence in DavidRambo's The Ice-Breaker.

Richard Baird* (Richard) Richard is thrilled to bereturning to NCRT where he has appeared in Ghosts,Tempest (co-production with MiraCosta College),Rashomon, Moon for the Misbegotten, Romeo andJuliet and Arcadia. Regional credits include: ThePrince of Wales in The Madness of King George(Chicago Shakespeare, Jeff Award: Best Production);Oregon Shakespeare Festival; Shakespeare SantaCruz, Diversionary Theatre, Kingsmen Shakespeare

(title role of Macbeth and Leontes in The Winter's Tale) and manymore. Richard served as Associate Artistic Director of Southwest

Shakespeare Company where he played the title roles of Cyrano deBergerac (Best Actor AriZoni award; directed by David Ellenstein)and Tartuffe, lago in Othello, Petruchio in Taming of the Shrew (BestActor AriZoni Award), Leontes in The Winter's Tale. In San Diego,Richard formed the San Diego based Shakespeare troupe, PoorPlayers, for whom he has acted and directed in over 20 productions(San Diego Critics Circle Award: Best Actor: Angelo in Measure forMeasure. Richard currently lives in Chicago and is a proud member ofActor's Equity.

Kandis Chappell* (Eleanor) Kandis was last seen atNorth Coast Rep in Tom Dudzick's King '0 The Moon.She is an Associate Artist of the Old Globe Theatre,where she has appeared in more than 30 productions. Ms.Chappell has worked extensively at South Coast Rep inCosta Mesa and performed at theatres across the country,including Lincoln Center, the Mark Taper Forum in LosAngeles, and on Broadway.

Mark Pinter* (Henry II) Mark is pleased to be backat North Coast Repertory Theatre after last season'sportrayal of Walter Flood in Becky's New Car. Off­Broadway: Stanford White in the New York premiereof Don Nigro's My Sweetheart's the Man in the Moonfor the Hypothetical Theatre Company and the WorldPremiere of Three on the Couch for Soho Repertory.
