If you are coming from Dublin, there are also several trains a day for the 3.5 hours journey. Thetrains leave from Heuston train station (there are 2 train stations in Dublin). The hotel is less thanone block from the train station - just around the corner on Forster Street to the right of EyreSquare as you exit the station.

Galway is a very pedestrian friendly city and you are free for the rest of the day to explore the oldcity center on your own (or take a nap after your long journey). The group will meet back in thehotel lobby at 6 pm for a welcome meal at a local restaurant.
