Product Description

The ENVIROTECH™ sound-isolation sliding partition / movable walls are a new way to dividespaces with elegance, while respecting the architectural environment in which they are inserted. ENVIROTECH™ sound isolating sliding partitions are composed of multiple individual elements. Movable wall partitions flow along a horizontal guide attached to the ceiling which is assembled as per our trademark design.Our no floor track sliding partition system is simple, fast and safe. The advantage of an ENVIROTECH™ sound-isolating sliding partition / movable wall is its reduced storage space when stored.

How ENVIROTECH™ Sound Proof Sliding Partition works

The sliding panels are designed in tongue-and-groove mode and its surface finish can be made of precise Mica / laminated board, wood veneer, fabric etc. specified by customers. The movable partition wall is also equipped with vertical and horizontal external frames fabricated by aluminum profiles. The movable wall partitions consist of retractable mechanisms to move top and bottom seal manually, operated by the handle inserted in the panel stile. Turning the handle 45 degrees shall simultaneously extend or retract the top and bottom seals. The sound insulation effect can reach up to 55 dB.

ENVIROTECH™ movable partition walls with aluminum frame have the most widespread application. The partition is constructed by a set of flat panels, ranging in width from 800mm to 1200mm. The panel is flexible with various specifications and characteristics to satisfy most requirements of design and budget. Its thickness can be 85mm or 100mm. Each model comes with different grades of sound insulation as well as single or double sliding trolleys according to height and Panel stacking system at site.

Magnetic strips integrated in the male and female profiles, for additional friction connection.

Spring loaded, retractable, Sound Seal, at the top and bottom of the panel. Easy panel adjustable after installation.

Maintenance free - heavy duty aluminium top track profiles complete with connectors, heavy duty ball bearing GEARS.

Sound Baffle - created above the partition top track to prevent sound transfer.

Face panels - assembled for easy maintenance and easy redecoration of surface panels. The front panels can easily be detached in case of damage of otherwise. Thickness of the panels- 4”.

Insulation material- As per shop dwg.

Extension Panel - fitted with a telescopic Imported German gear; for four-way movement.

Product Details

1. Horizontal SealsThe principle of double skin construction is applied consistently in the seal area in order to ensure maximum sound insulation. A spindle mechanism presses extendable, spring loaded, double seals against the floor and the ceiling track. Any irregularities in the flooring are offset by spring- loaded double-chamber seals. The contract force of the sealing strips do not place excessive strain on screed floors, but does ensure that the system is sufficiently stable to prevent the panels moving, even in the event of an attempted forced entry.

2. Corner SealsWe resolve the technical issue of corner seals with specially designed, corner pieces that also reinforce the stability and sound insulation properties of the system.

3. Vertical SealsAll our models have flexible, vertical sealing strips to ensure the best possible seal for maximum sound insulation. The strips extend some distance into the panels to ensure positive interlock.

4. Magnetic stripThe individual panels are centered via the magnetic strips to guarantee sound positive locking and sealing.

5. Fascia boardsThe acoustic fascia boards ensure optimum sound insulation with minimum system weight. Their surfaces can be coated or covered with any conventional interior design material.

6. Sound insulation materialThe panels can be fitted with additional insulation materials according to sound insulation requirements.

7. Operating HandleIn manual systems, the element sealing strips are operated using a crank.

8. FramesThe frame is made from torsion ally stiff aluminum hollow chamber profiles and sectional steel tubing. Transverse forces will not, therefore, cause deformation of the frame. Combined with the panels mounted in acoustically free suspension, our elements are able to offer both exceptional strength and outstanding sound insulation.

9. Roller AssembliesThe dampening track roller assemblies prevent the transmission of impact forces and operating noise, so protecting the element, rail and carrier.
