I. Project description

1. According to what the holder indicated in the addendum (response 10),

a change was made in the path of LAT. The area associated with the LAT

and the total area associated with the project must be clarified.

3. Without prejudice to the provisions of the holder in response 14 of the

addendum, with respect to the measures that it will implement to

prevent electrocution and collision of birds in LAT, it is reiterated that it

should characterize the protections that will prevent birds from stopping

in the C Rucetas of the towers, as well as the Guardaperchas That will

be installed to prevent them from stopping on the insulators (1.4.3 of

the EIA), describing the technical elements that minimize the risk of

electrocution of the birds in the towers.

Response:

The observation made by the authority is welcomed. It is clarified that birds are not at

risk of electrocution when perched on the crossbars of the high voltage line, cause To

The Project will require roads in all itss FAces to The Access of workers, machinery,

vehicles, materials, equipment and supplies in general and removal of waste, as well

as for the activities of Maintenance and The Internal circulation. The roads are

presented in the General Plan of the project (Annex 1) of this Addendum.

6. The holder points out in the addendum that the South access road has

been defined as a road of restricted access, defining the transit only for

minor vehicles. In this sense, it must indicate number, frequency

(monthly or weekly) and type of vehicles that will be incorporated to

Route 5 in each of the stages of the project (construction, operation and

abandonment), differentiating those that will use the north access of

those that are Will move through the South access.

Response:

Regarding the preceding observation, it should be mentioned that the greatest

concentration of activities of the project will be carried out during the construction

A conservative scenario was considered for estimates of flood flows due to rainfall. The

following three methods were used to perform the calculations:

• method Verni and King modified.

• Regional Method (DGA-AC, 1995) for pluvial floods.

• Rational formula.

Field visit

0.3 m and 0.8 m and widths between 1 m and 4 m. In the following figure you can see

Also, as we travel the east sector of the project, the existing road to the north of the

Analysis of the contributing basin

Using a topography in greater detail than that used in the previous addendum,

especially to respond to the authority, a natural area contributing to the 106 project

sector was identified K:iM², however and according to what was observed in the visit

to land and verified in the SEcond Sanitation Report (VALH-0005-HID-INF-001,

existence of the road, has associated a flow of 1.038 m³/s for a return period of 100

years, implying a contribution of 20,874 m³. In considering the works of the existing

path, ÉStas can contain this flow, as it can accumulate approximately 200,000 m³.

While the minor watershed (the one directly involved in the Rainwater Sanitation

project), has an associated flow rate of 0.256 m³/s for a return period of 100 years,

implying a contribution of 2,168 m³, which is contained in its entirety by the projected

moat (infiltration ditch), as ÉSte can accumulate 7,200 m³ approximately. As can be

seen in the aforementioned values, the works of the project for the accumulation of

the waters have a much greater capacity than the one necessary for a return period of

100 years.

In order to obtain the average monthly value requested by the authority, the mean

value in 730 hours corresponding to all the annual hours divided between 12 months of

values that the CALPUFF model calculates.




From the analysis of the information presented in the baseline of air quality, it is

possible to infer that the air quality with respect to the concentration of particulate

matter MP10 and MP 2.5 in the project area would be less than that established in the

quality standards of primary air for both compounds. This, because the referential

station is located in an area with industrial activity and the registered values of MP10

and MP 2.5 vary between 20 Μg/m3N to 120 Μg/m3N and between 10 Μg/m3N to 30

Μg/m3N, respectively, between September 2013 and August 2014. Therefore, they do

not exceed the limit values of air quality established in the current Chilean legislation,

DS N°20/2013, at none of the receiving points defined.

4. In relation to Cultural heritage, it is noted that:

this consolidated report.

By virtue of the consultation carried out by the authority and considering the

background given in the reply to question 1 of chapter II of this Addendum, the holder

clarifies that:

associated with the Rain water sanitation ditch.

3. The environmental permit of article 139 does not apply to the project,

since it does not constitute a system of treatment of RILes, it's just a

preliminary solid-separation treatment system.

4. The holder notes in the Agrological report (3.2 of Appendix 2 of the

Addendum) that "the project does not contemplate the Predial

subdivision or the habilitation of camps, absorbing local labour in the

construction stage...". In this respect, you must clarify the magnitude of

the "housing modules" described in the list of works to be executed in

the South Operations facility.

applied.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, it is clarified that the site called RL0001/LAT

V. The effects, characteristics or circumstances of article 11 of
