3. Without prejudice to the provisions of the holder in response 14 of the

addendum, with respect to the measures that it will implement to

prevent electrocution and collision of birds in LAT, it is reiterated that it

should characterize the protections that will prevent birds from stopping

in the C Rucetas of the towers, as well as the Guardaperchas That will

be installed to prevent them from stopping on the insulators (1.4.3 of

the EIA), describing the technical elements that minimize the risk of

electrocution of the birds in the towers.

Response:

The observation made by the authority is welcomed. It is clarified that birds are not at

risk of electrocution when perched on the crossbars of the high voltage line, cause To

II. Baseline

• Regional Method (DGA-AC, 1995) for pluvial floods.

seen in the aforementioned values, the works of the project for the accumulation of

the waters have a much greater capacity than the one necessary for a return period of

100 years.

matter MP10 and MP 2.5 in the project area would be less than that established in the

quality standards of primary air for both compounds. This, because the referential

station is located in an area with industrial activity and the registered values of MP10

VI. Contingency prevention and emergencies PLAN

Success Indicator
