BS/BA degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering or related field is required, Masters Degree or certifications are preferred . 5+ years of EHS experience from specialty chemical plants, pharmaceuticals, consumer products or related industries. Experience on all aspects of environmental health and safety program development, including EHS culture improvements, compliance, etc. Incident rate reduction, environmental permitting, recycling, auditing/inspections, training. Ability to communicate effectively with managers, production employees, regulatory agencies and peers, on all aspects of EHS issues. Demonstrated leadership skills building a dynamic team to accomplish EHS organizational goals; staff management and mentoring experience. Ability to travel 20% to domestic and international sites Pennsylvania Industrial Toxicologist BB-20476 Opportunity to work for a leader in their industry! Experience must include: ISO 14001, environmental permitting (Title V), safety culture change, training, accident investigation and root cause analysis, and conducting EHS audits to ensure compliance. Prefer regional candidates or those with ties to Eastern Indiana. This position is heavily focused on PSM and continuous improvement of all Health & Safety Programs.
