POWER OF ATTORNEY

We need an original document signed before two witnesses. Neither certification or legalization is needed. If granted

by entities it is required to declare the charge of the signatory and the document whereby he was entitled to

represent the entity.

DRAWINGS

Provide drawings in an editable electronic file such as JPG, BMP, o TIFF.

Texts are no allowed in the drawings, except for some indicative words.

LANGUAGES

Specification, Abstract and claims must be in Spanish.

Spanish Translation can be submitted later within two months from the date of official requirement.

PCT documents and cited prior art documents are admitted in English. Please provide English versions by

WIPO or translation thereof.

NP DEADLINE30 months from priority date or international filing date.

NO extension or grace period is available.

PUBLICATIONApplications are published once the formal requirements are satisfied.

GRANTINGFees for issuance of the Letters Patent must be paid upon notification of allowance.

Annuity fees are due for the year of issuance and the next 4 years.

OBSERVATIONS PERIOD

Observations may be submitted by any person within the two months after publication.

TECHNICAL EXAMINATION Nor request or additional payment is required.

Average time to start exam 18 to 30 months from filing date in Mexico.

ANNUITIESFees are payable every five-years from granting.

Payment is due on the anniversary of filing date (of the international application).

No fees are due when the application is under prosecution.

LEGAL LIFE20 years from International filing date of the Application.No extensions are granted.
