Most important success factors:

�Management support for the social media initiative � Top down adoption

� Improvements in working procedures and processes - social media assist people to work more efficientlyin their daily business

�Technical and operational support for users (depending on IT affinity)

User integration, a common success factor for social media initiatives, was not mentioned at all in the analyzed cases.
