Michelle Karaman-Jones
is a doyenne of the travel industry, having begun her career in media in 1994 with Federal Publishing Company. Her focus shifted to travel in
1995 when she was transferred to Eastern Suburbs Newspapers and worked as a travel representative, with Nick Wayland - CEO and Founder
of TravMedia, for the Wentworth Courier Newspaper.
Michelle has worked as a travel journalist and editor since 1995 for the Eastern Suburbs Messenger, Sydney City Times and Fairfax Community
Newspapers (2000-2013).
She has a BA majoring in economics from the University of New England, a diploma in travel writing and photography, and has began studying tourism.
Michelle has travelled extensively as a travel writer; one of her favourite destinations is Fiji where she met her husband.
“I love nding out about different cultures and interacting with locals from all walks of life during my travels,” she said. “Food and travel go together, and I love
tasting everything a destination has to offer.”
“Although Fiji is special, I have loved every country I have visited. Everywhere is unique and can be appreciated on so many different levels.”
Michelle’s latest venture is this website, “Travel With” Michelle Karaman-Jones trending highly on social media.

understand, however, even the most challenging of Scottish accents perfectly
after living in the country for more than two years. A single dad, he knows

everyone basks in the history and aesthetic of any location.

surroundings. He specialises in promoting ve-star
hotels, restaurants, conference and events through digital advertising, and
his experience includes hosting media famils, public relations, hosting VIPs at
the ARIAs to TV and photo-shoots.
Rafael has a bachelor degree in tourism management and public relations,

Blue Mountains International Hotel School in Australia. He met Michelle
