Employees working in the company are fully satisfied with the service conditions, promotional avenues and welfare schemes launched by the company for them. Customers also feel comfortable and satisfied with the drink both in terms of quality and price. But after the entry of two big multinational companies, Coca-cola and Pepsi, the entire situation has changed. Campa-cola has lost 90 percent of its market to these companies and it has become very difficult to compete with them. Questions: 1.
