MicroTrain’s IT Management curriculum includes Business Analysis, Crystal Reports, ITIL Foundations, Lean Six Sigma Green

This Agreement and the exhibits attached hereto, if any, contain the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the
subject matter and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements and understandings with respect thereto. There are no other
agreements or representations, written or oral, expressed or implied, unless specified in this Agreement. Any prior
understanding or oral representation(s) of any kind shall not be binding upon either party except to the extent incorporated in
this agreement.
Students Right to Cancel
The student has the right to cancel this enrollment agreement until end of business day of the fifth business day after this
enrollment agreement has been executed. If the right to cancel is not given to any prospective student at the time the
agreement is signed, then the student has the right to cancel the agreement at any time and receive a refund on all monies
paid to date within (30) days of cancellation. Cancellation must be submitted to the authorized official of the school in writing.
Finacial Aid
MicroTrain does not offer finacial aid.
Billing Policy
All money is to be paid in full before the start of the first day of class.
Refund Policy
When a student has completed in excess of one class session of the course of instruction, the school may retain the
application-registration fee, and the cost of any books or materials, which have been provided by the school and is subject to
(a) the book and materials are returned to the school unmarked; and (b) the student has provided the school with a notice of
cancellation but shall refund a part of the tuition and other instructional charges in accordance with the following:

When notice of cancellation is given after the student has completed over 60% of the course of instruction, measured by
hours in class, the school may retain the application-registration fee (if applicable) and the entire tuition and other charges. A
student, who on personal initiative and without solicitation enrolls, starts, and completes a course of instruction before
midnight of the fifth business day after the enrollment agreement is signed, is not subject to the cancellation provisions of this
agreement. Applicants not accepted by the school shall receive a refund of all tuition and fees paid within 30 calendar days of
determination of non-acceptance are made. Application-registration fees shall be chargeable at initial enrollment and shall not
exceed $100.00 (if applicable). All deposits or down payments shall become part of the tuition and/or fees.
A student must give notice of cancellation to the school in writing.
A school may make refunds, which exceed those prescribed in this agreement if the school has a refund policy that returns
more money to a student than those policies prescribed in this agreement, that refund policy must be filed with the
Superintendent. The school shall refund all monies paid to it in any of the following circumstances:
a. The school did not provide the prospective student with a copy of the student's valid enrollment.
All requests for refunds shall be made within 90 days of the last class session attended by the student. Otherwise, student
relinquishes all rights for a refund.

Policy Regarding Job Placement Assistance Services
Placement and Career Services offerings are outlined in the MicroTrain Student Covenant ancillary document included with
this agreement. All policies and terms associated with the services offered through MicroTrain are outlined within that
document. These services are included with all training valued at $2,000 or greater, and are available for 6 months from the
Voucher End Date, not to exceed a maximum of 15 months (government funded students), and/or 6 months from the last day
of class, not to exceed a maximum of 15 months (self financed students).
Career Services offerings may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Training and job search plan design.
Access to TheProfessional.Me online job search tools.
Access to Resume and Interview Workshops.
Mock Interview Assistance.
Access to attend MicroTrain Hiring Events.
Job leads and referrals to our employer partners.
Job coaching and employment placement services.
Conditions for Job Placement Assistance Services:
Student has regularly attended all scheduled training classes and Career Services workshops/events.
Student has signed a copy of the MicroTrain Student Covenant indicating their acceptance of Career Services.
Student has been responsive to MicroTrain staff member requests.
Student has utilized the online job tools on TheProfessional.Me.
Student has created their resume using the tools available on TheProfessional.Me.
When employment is obtained, student notifies Career Services staff in writing with required information regarding their
employment as outlined in the MicroTrain Student Covenant. MicroTrain Technologies in no way implies or guarantees student
employment. Job Placement Assistance Services are free of charge, provided that the Conditions for Job Placement Assistance
Services have been met. MicroTrain Technologies maintains full discretion over Job Placement Assistance Services and may
terminate services without notification.
Software/Hardware Return Policy
Acceptance of the materials and/or access codes constitutes ownership.
Any and all Software and/or Hardware materials are non-returnable.
MicroTrain Technologies does not provide maintenance or support for any issued items.
No guarantee or warrantee is stated or implied in relation to supplied materials.
Student assumes all liability for the proper and legal use of any item provided by MicroTrain.

Class Retake Policy, Conditions for Free Class Retakes
Students attending classes via a government grant have 6 months from the Voucher End Date, not to exceed a
maximum of 15 months from the enrollment agreement date to request class repeats or any other additional services
provided by MicroTrain.
Students may retake any class module only after making a failing score for that portion or module of the class that the
failing score of the exam covered.
Students must begin the retake of that portion of the class within 6 months of the time that the exam was failed but no
later than 6 months from the Voucher End Date, not to exceed a maximum of 15 months from the enrollment agreement
date.
Students may request free retakes only for those classes where seating space is available.

In order to provide equal training opportunities to all individuals, training decisions at MicroTrain will be based on
qualifications and abilities. MicroTrain does not discriminate in training opportunities or practices because of race, color,

1964, and complies with The Age discrimination in Employment act of 1975.
MicroTrain will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with known disabilities unless doing so would result
in an undue hardship. This policy governs all aspects of training. MicroTrain complies with The American with Disabilities Act
of 1990 and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and section 188 of the WIOA Act.
Students with questions or concerns about discrimination in the workplace are encouraged to bring these issues to the
attention of MicroTrain management. Students can raise concerns and make reports without fear of reprisal. Anyone found to

Complaints
MicroTrain is recognized by the IBHE (Illinois Board of Higher Education) as meeting and maintaining certain standards of
quality. It is the goal of MicroTrain to provide educational training programs of quality. However in the event that you have a
problem please submit your complaint in writing: the nature of the problem, the dates the problem occurred, the names of the
individuals involved in the problem, copies of any important information regarding the problem. All complaints should be
signed, dated and a phone number listed where Illinois Board of Higher Education can contact you.

Notice To Student
1. Do not sign this agreement before you have read it or if it contains any blank spaces.
2. This agreement is a legally binding instrument and is only binding when the agreement is accepted, signed, and dated by
the authorized official of the school or the admissions officer at the school’s principal place of business. Read all pages of this
contract before signing.
3. You are entitled to an exact copy of the agreement and any disclosure pages you sign.
4. This agreement and the school catalog constitute the entire agreement between the student and the school.
5. Any changes in this agreement must be made in writing and shall not be binding on either the student or the school unless
such changes have been approved in writing by the authorized official of the school and by the student or the student’s
parent or guardian. All terms and conditions of the agreement are not subject to amendment or modification by oral
agreement.
6. The school does not guarantee the transferability of credits to another school, college, or university. Credits or coursework
are not likely to transfer; any decision on the comparability, appropriateness and applicability of credit and whether credit
should be accepted is the decision of the receiving institution.
