To complete firm enrollment or update enrollment details, perform the following steps:

2. Click Enroll/Update PRI.

3. Locate the appropriate firm and click New Enrollment, Update, or Re-Instatement.

4. Review Introduction and click Next.

5. Enter or update Firm EIN. If your firm does not have an Employer Identification Number, goto http://www.irs.gov to apply for an EIN online.

6. In New Enrollments and Reenrollment section, select answer to drop/termination question,and, if required, add additional details.

7. Select answers to Associations questions, and, if required, add additional details.

8. Click in the Member Number field, and press the down arrow key to select a managing partner.

9. For Peer Review Contact, click in the Member Number field, and press the down arrow key toselect a peer review contact. Or click Same As Managing Partner to assign the above managingpartner as the peer review contact.

24. Click Submit.

Enrollment will be sent to the AE for approval and assignment of a peer review due date. 210days before the due date, a peer review information (PRI) form will be initiated and sent to thefirm for review and updates. See Enrollment Case Overview.

 

Resuming Enrollment Case

If you initiate an enrollment or update and do not complete the form, you may return andcontinue the process. However, to resume edits, you must access the in progress enrollmentcase through the Case ID link under Action Items. If you open the in progress enrollment case byclicking the Enroll/Update PRI button again, you will not be able to edit the form.
