    Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a Govt. Of India Enterprise wishes to

    enlist experienced Vendors for carrying out various projects in Southern Region as

    listed in our Website: www.bharatpetroleum.com

    All Vendors who are already enlisted with BPCL should also submit their application form

    for fresh registration.

    Submission of application forms shall be at the following address:

    The application forms can be downloaded from our abovementioned website.

    Last date for submission of duly filled in application forms shall be 20.01.2014

    and it should be submitted with all the supporting’s in the above mentioned

    address.

    All application forms must be accompanied by a DD of Rs.1000/- drawn in favour of

    M/s. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., payable at Chennai. Contractors to note

    that separate applications accompanied by Rs. 1000/- Demand Draft under each

    category is required to be submitted in case he/she is interested to apply for more than

    1 (one) categories.

    BPCL reserves right to enlist or reject any or all parties for registration without

    assigning any reasons whatsoever it may be.

    Empanelment Criterion for registration of Contractors for various Projects (Listed

    Above):

    The empanelment of vendors is done for the following 4 categories listed below and the

    vendors would be evaluated and shortlisted based on the empanelment criteria given in

    Annexure-A

    The Broad Scope of work for each category shall be as follows:

    1. Construction of Additional Residential flats Chennai : Involves Construction of

    residential housing complex (Stilt +4) consisting of 8 Nos of 3 Bed room flats [2 in each

    floor each admeasuring a carpet area of approx 1300 Sqft] including civil, electrical,

    plumbing, interior, water tank as well as other allied amenities/ works, The total built-

    up area is approximately 20,000 sq.ft. at Annanagar, Chennai. The scope includes Civil/

    Plumbing/ Electrical/ Interior/ Fire Fighting/ Landscaping Works and all allied works

    in total

    2. Construction of Additional Office space for Madurai Territory : Involves Construction of

    additional Office Space in first floor on existing territory office including civil,

    electrical, plumbing, interior, water tank as well as other allied amenities/ works. The

    total area would be approximately 3,000 sq.ft. as first floor above the existing Bharat

    Petroleum Territory Office at Pasulamai area Madurai. The scope includes Civil/

    Interior/ Electrical/ Plumbing/ Fire Fighting/ Air Conditioning and allied works in

    total.

    3. Refurbishment of Toilets, Plumbing system, Sewage system etc. in Chennai. : Involves

    refurbishment of toilets, plumbing system and sewage system including the interiors/

    electrical works/ Plumbing Works & Exhaust System including all Allied works in total.

    4. Refurbishment of Fire Fighting System in Chennai: Involves Refurbishment of Fire

    Fighting System in Office/ Residential Premises including Plumbing/ Mechanical/

    Electrical and all allied works in total.

  • IMPORTANT NOTES

    1. All financial documents for the past three financial years, duly endorsed by

    auditor (Audited: Balance Sheets, Profit loss statements, Solvency certificate

    from Nationalised/reputed bank (obtained during 2013/2014).

    2. The Corporation reserves the right to reject the contractor’s application, register

    under lower class or in any discipline or function under the categories of work

    on the basis of evaluation.

    3. The Corporation reserves the right to suspend, de-register, demote or blacklist

    the contractor’s name in case of failing to meet any of our requirements,

    unsatisfactory performance or circumstantial evidence against the contractor.

    4. The Enlistment is valid only for 3 Years from the date of confirmation

    5. Registration with one region/ department of the Corporation does not

    necessarily entitle the contractor the right to seek any or all tender documents of

    the region/ department or from any other region/ department whatsoever.
