Beetle
What you need
1. A dice
2. Pencils
3. Paper
4. A group of players (3-5)

Beetle
What you do
1. You roll a dice with the aim of rolling a 6, which equates to a body. Draw the body on the paper with the pencil.

Beetle 2. Now you can add the head (you need a 5) and legs (you
need a 4). You need to roll a 4 six times (there are 6 legs). After you have a head you can add the antennae (x2) and eyes (x2).

Beetle 3. Each player in the game takes a turn rolling the dice.

Beetle 4. The game ends when one player has drawn a beetle with
all the parts.

Beetle 5. You can extend the game by agreeing to play three, four
or five times. After each game you can work out your score (each beetle part equals a point) and continue to add on after each game.

What you do
1. Player A starts the game by chasing the others.

2. When Player A “tags” someone (Player B) they link together by holding on hand before chasing the others.

3. When the chain successfully “tags” someone else they form a chain of 3 before restarting the game.

4. When the chain successfully “tags” someone else, they break up into two chains of 2.

5. The game continues in this pattern until everyone is “tagged”.
6. The last player “tagged” restarts the game by chasing everyone.

Twister
What you need
1. A playing area or mat (approximately 1.5 metres x 1 metre) marked with 4 columns of spots coloured blue, green, red and yellow.
2. A board with a spinner (see pictures)
3. A group of 5 players.

What you do
1. One player (Player A) is selected to take charge of the spinner.

Twister 2. Player A spins the pointer and calls out the instructions,
e.g. right hand on red, for Player B, who then has to cover the red spot with their right hand.

Twister 3. Player A continues to spin and instruct players C and D.
4. The game continues in this way until one player loses their balance and falls over. They are the loser.
The last player left standing is the winner!
