Content Standard : 2.2 By the end of the Year-6 primary schooling, pupils will be able to demonstrateunderstanding of a variety of linear and non-linear texts in the form of print and non-printmaterials using a range of strategies to construct meaning.
Learning Standard : 1.1.2 Able to listen to and enjoy simple stories.
2.2.3 Able to read and understand simple sentences in linear and non-linear texts.
Language Focus : Comprehention
Behavioural Objectives : By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:i) Read and understand a short story by sequencing sentences in the correct order
by answering at least 4 out of 6 correctly.
Previous Knowledge : Pupils are familiar with animal stories.
