2. TOPIC:

“Alonso Tadeo” farm

I chose this topic because I think our school should feel proud, because we now have two farms, and for this reason we can now learn crops, warm and cold weather.

3. INTRODUCTION:

Last year the State Polytechnical University of Carchi Thanks to the donation of an Ecuadoran businessman called Dr Vergara got a property located in the parish of conception.

This farm has 35 hectares and has an excellent irrigation system, for this reason for us students of the School of Integrated Agricultural Development, has become a great opportunity to learn tropical crops such as: citrus, papayas, bananas, corn, tomato, etc.

4. OBJECTIVES:

To make know the wonderful benefits that this farm has. To know the opinion of the locals about the State Polytechnical

University of Carchi. For this I have implemented a survey to ten people.

5. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

8. DEVELOPMENT OF THE TOPIC:

This zone has a hot dry weather for this reason the irrigation with water, is necessary for development of crop.In these six months that we have been working on this farm we have sowed some crops that in our zone can’t be planted due to weather.

Thanks to the survey I could find that the people of Concepcion have high hopes for university, and greatly assist the local economy.

9. RESULTS:

THE FOLLOWING RESULTS WERE OBTAINED FROM THE SURVEY TO BE APPLIED IN THE CONCEPTION PARISH; I DID THIS SURVEY TO 10 PEOPLE.

Thanks to productive projects that the university makes people increased employment for them.
