In Art. 1, par, I/Art.2,par. 1 andArt.10, "handcover" shall read "glove."

The following 2 Articles shall be added next toArticle 18:Article 191 Police Official badge shall be fixed on the

upper part of the left pocket of a coat.Article 20. This rule shall be applied correspondingly

to the policewoman official and Imperial Palace* , Guard Official, However, in the case of the police-

womanofficial, inArt. 1. par. 2, Art, 2, par. 2, andArts. 3 and 4, "Mid-summer punts" shall read" Mid-summer skirt."

In Art. 12, " Unfigured material of dark blue,dark indigo or dark green color " shall read " Un-figured material of dark blue, dark indigo or darkgreen color; or un figured material of maroon,brownish-crimson or similar color material.'*

Regulations concerning the Committee of Arrange-ments for Establishment of the Labor Ministry

1 Article 1. The Cabinetshallhave,intheCabinet, aCommittee of Arrangements for Establishment of theLabor Ministry in order to make arrangements relating tothe establishment of the Labor Ministry.

Article 2, The Committee shall be composed ofone President and several members of the Committee.
