Li Xian County was called Xi Chui in ancient time ， was the earliest place where the Qin made the capital of their country. According to Shi Ji Qin Ben Ji, Li Xian was the birthplace of Qin, also the cradle of

seeking their hegemony.

Mount ChouChishan is located at the southern village –DaQiao, Xihe county. She rises 1791 meters above the sea level, the area of the plateau on the top of the mountain is approximately 15 square kilometers wide. The landscape in the Mount ChouChishan is pretty fabulous, mystical and magnificent. The remains of Ancient ChouChi State is the political center which had been established by Yang Shi, a warrior who came from BaiMa minority, in the early Eastern Jin Dynasty (317AD—420AD).
