Although children tend to learn everything fast, people learn in different ways at

different stages of their lives. It is often said that parents are the first teacher of a child.So do

us back then. Children, they learn things by watching and imitating adults around

them.Children appreciate their parents without judging them because they are the role

models. Therefore, many people think that the way children get knowledge by observing

behavior of adults around them and copying it is the best one. Thus, I doubtlessly agree with

the earlier statement.

My first reason in order to defend my agreement is children have brain like a plain

paper. They learn good or bad from what they watch around them. They watch their family

members of how they communicate with each other, their lifestyle, and way of living. A

children in a family spent quiet a lot of time with adults in the family member. This

provideplenty of time for the younger member to observe and copy the adults behavior which

is the characteristic of the adults. As example; if the older siblings act as a well-mannered

people, then these children in the family can learn good moral valuesthrough them. But, if the

older siblings have some bad attitude it will influence this young kids negatively.

Second reason is the children thinking ability are still low. This had been proven by a

few scientists who had conducted an experiment where the children were shown how to open

a box but in a complicated way, with impractical actions thrown in. For example, the adult

would drag a stick across a box, then use a stick to open the box by pulling on a knob which

is a lot easier if you just use your fingers. Most of the children copied what the adults did,

even if they had been given the opportunity to play with the box first and figure out how it

worked.

If you are a parent of a child or who has many opportunities to be involved with

children, it will be easy for you to understand that children can learn quickly by observing

behavior of adults and copying it. I own two daughters. One is three years old and the other

one is two years old. They want to eat junk food then I bought it. The next day when they

showed me signal that he wants more the yesterday junk foods, I rejected it by saying No

with the head shaking. Then, I told them that it was not good for their health. At that time, I

didnt know that it was also the first lesson I gave to them. At night, when their father tookout the junk food to eat, they confidently said No as I did earlier.

Next reason is children do not have experience in life. This mean children will copy

the adults doing around them to gain experiences.For instance, from the time he got to know

that everyone around him could feed himself or herself, he started to learn how to feed

himself by watching the behaviors of his closet adults and imitating it.As example, how to

use the spoon and fork to eat. Thus, I think this is the best way to teach them as the beginners

about things in life.

In summary, I agree with the opinion that children learn best by observing the

behavior of adults and copying it. A child is like a mirror that reflects not only the good

behaviors but also the bad ones from the closet adults. In order to build a community filled

with good manners and maintaining the peaceful in the future, one adult should communicate

with well-educated and careful in their action in front of the children. Because the little eyes

is always watching.

contact as many people choose to work at home in front of a computer screen. What dangers

are there for a society which depends on computer screens rather than face-to-face contact for

its main means of communication?

Internet is the greatest invention on earth. It is also has tremendous potential and a lot

to offer in terms of services. Through it, we can communicate which each other from one

place to another by using a computer. It is very easy and simple as well to communicate with

someone sitting on the other side of the globe. People nowadays choose to sit in front of the

computer and do their job. They connect with their friends, do the online shopping, do the

bills payment and get themself entertain by watching movies and listening to songs. By

having the internet, it is quiet easy and quick for us to get news. In most people opinion,

internet does save times. However, the possibility to be available twenty-four hours a day

through a web interface can be rather dangerous as well.

One major dangerous to the people is that they started to live a life without any social

contacts. At first, they owned the social life yet they get addicted to the internet

communication. Spending hours in front of the computer and less hang out with friends or

their family members. Lock themself in a room with a computer and start to live in their own

world, a world dominated purely by their computer screen messages. Making millions of

friends through the social network and living in their own illusion where they think those

friends will support cheer them up either on a bad day or when they do not feel well. These

people will lose the ability to speak in front of the community. When this is happening, they

also lost the will to communicate to strangers and make new real life friends in a new place.

Technically, they will be alone but not in their own world.

After that, working in front of the computer instead of meeting face-to-face is very

bad for health. Sitting too long will lead to the spine back ill plus it will effect to our eyes and

cause the refractive errors. It is called as Computer Vision Syndrome. Researchers have

shown that 70 to 90 percent computer users may suffer from computer eye problems like

computer eye fatigue and computer eye strain. Thus, these people need to wear glasses in

order to see clearly. I do wear the spectacles. It happened when I was in high school. I spent a

lot of time in front of the computer to watch movies or finish the assignment. It is really

uncomfortable and annoying. Where ever I go I must use it either goes for jogging or work. I

also suffer from back sprain, because I sit for too long in order to finish the assignment. This

really annoyed me.

Technology nowadays, making our life easy and simple. This simple life had lead us,

the society become lazy and rarely go out for a walk.Many people nowadays being defrauded

over the internet. This is what happen when we relied too much on the computer for the

online shopping or paying for the bills rather than face-to-face communication. Doing the

online shopping is very dangerous as you can be lie easily. For example, if you buy online

something expensive like a mobile phone, or a computer the probability of being trick is high.

You already paid the price, but you still have not received the things you bought. You will be

at loss and regret. Furthermore, if you go out for shopping instead of online shopping, you

can be healthier as you walk a lot in the shopping mall. The important things are, you can

communicate directly with the supplier and get the thing you buy directly and would not be

lie.

In conclusion, relying on a communication through the computer can occur a lot of

problems. In the health side, people will suffer obesity, weakness and ill. In the community,

lack of talk among the society and spend less time with each other. Based on the examples

earlier, face-to-face contact is rather good than communicate through the computer.

We like to give advices. We like to receive them, when they are good. Advice is

probably the most spread form of sharing knowledge directly from one person to another.

Sometimes advices provide a new kind of strength and a new path for those who receive it in

order for one to stand and try again to get out of a hole full of failures and become success. In

short , advice saves lives.

Every single human being has their own way of life. Some are moneyless and some

are live in luxury. Life is unfair. That is why we were taught to be thankful since we were at a

young age. All of us have that one aim to achieve in life and all of us also have that one

advice that keep pushing us one step forward until we reach that one goal.True success is not

something builds in a day, it takes time, it takes effort and persistence to achieve.Less people

can stand till the last, thus only few achieve true success in life.

20 years back then, I was not good as I am now. My parents did not made a good

amount of money. But I am thankful for what I have. When I was in high school, my mother

told me When you fall down, rise up. When you fall again, rise up again. Even if life is hard,

dont quit until the end. That advice stands out in my mind and heart and instilled in me a

great sense of confidence.The moment I realize how was my family, I am tired seeing my

parents half dead seeking for money to feed me and my brother and send us to school.

Thus, I made up my mind to be a successful person in the future and provide my

parents a better life. That time, I was not one of those brilliant students at school but with the

efforts I did , I managed to make my parents smile.I struggled a lot, yet I fell a lot. Keeping

the advice inside my head, I tried to stand again and again until I got good grades in

SijilPelajaran Malaysia.

Three months after the result were announced, I stepped one step forward reaching the

success by furthering my studies in a college. It was a tough life. Armed mainly with my

mothers encouragement, I stoodup on my own feet and did my best in order to become a

successful teacher one day once I end my college life. I did. I drew a smile on my parents

face and made them proud of me. Seeing me on the stage receiving my diploma, my mom

burst into tears. Now it is the time I put them in a better life.

You can be whatever you want to be. If you do not make it, your effort probably

stopped with just wanting. Life is tough, but you must be tougher so that you can stand up

again and again after you fall. When you stand on the higher stage, do not forget to look

Community service is define as a voluntary work intended to help people in a

particular area. Community service has been an important part in the society since quiet few

years ago.As volunteering services have grown through the times, there are now more

available means of community services for people to involve themselves with.Volunteer

work, does not limit it participants. Thus, people at all age can participate in this kind of

service.Some people ask, Why is community service such an important quality and trait for

a person to posses? Without community service people would not know the meaning of

charity and giving back.Those who had experienced in this non-paid job will gain a lot of

benefits from it either towards themselves or to the society around them.

Volunteer work is not an obligation for us, instead, it is a commitment we show to the

community we live in. Since it is not a responsibility, one must do it with a good intention

and not because he is being forced to do so. Doing community service really does make us

feel good and makes us better people. It can be incredibly satisfying to serve others, and it

makes us want to do more.When youth volunteer, adults tend to volunteer also, resulting in a

life longvolunteer.Community service occur in quiet numbers of form, for example; tutoring

local elementary students, mentoring local high school students, collecting items for charity,

or just simply cleaning up a park and river.

Youths nowadays are more interested in spending their time with friends having a

social life outdoor. If this continued, it would lead to the rising of bad activities among them

such as smoking and gang activity. Researchers had found that youths who are involve

themselves in community service would not get themselves caught in a bad company. This

had shown that volunteer work can decrease the amount of crimes among youngsters. For

example; students can voluntarily join the community service after school time or during the

weekend. This can help students filling their free time plus create a wall to avoid them from

joining the bad company. To the society, it reduces crime because it gives those who need

help and cannot provide it for themselves a resource. When the community takes care of all

its members, people do not have to resort to such drastic measures when they know they can

count on their community.

Next, community service is important toimprove our communication skill with

people. Since volunteer work involves people at all age, thus, we automatically can learn how

to interact with each other if we join it. Communication is a key skill that every person should

be exposed with because almost every aspect of life deals with people whom we know or

strangers. For instance, teachers need the communication skill in order to communicate with

their students. Lets say if the teacher does not know how to well interact with their students,

what is going to happen to those students? I am very sure it would be hard for those students

to understand the subjects they learn in class. Furthermore, if teachers are good in

communication skill, students will be attracted plus comfortable during the class session. At

the same time this can help reduce the stresses in classes.

The main important thing we will get through community service is that we can

strengthen the bond among the community. You are the one who build the connections.

When something goes down and you need help, you will have relationships in place that will

serve as resources to get you what you need. If you have not done that, then you risk being

vulnerable in difficult times. This also brings people together. As a volunteer you assist in,people from diverse backgrounds uniting to work toward a common goal. Furthermore, it

strengthens the connection by working together which is building the camaraderie and

teamwork.

Doing community service not only makes a difference to the organization being

served, but also makes a difference on the students. Participating in community service

activities enhances the students resume by allowing them to obtain work related skills prior

to graduation, provides them good references for employers in regards to community

involvement, as well as having an opportunity to do networking with potential future

employers. Also, students develop civic and social responsibility skills and become more

aware of their community needs.

In the present scenario, many countries are considered famous for its tourism.All of us

are aware that tourism is one of the important industry fields. Tourism has become one of the

most appreciated sources of income for many countries of the world. Tourism is the fastest

growing industry in this world because it is a very good of earning foreign currency.

Countries are rich with its physical resources such as warm climates, beautiful beaches, rare

ecosystems, and abundant plant and animal life. This attracts peoples attention to come to

these countries in order to gain some new experiences, emotions and relaxations. Even

though, tourism industry gives a lot of benefits but it sure does have numbers of

disadvantages.

One major disadvantage of tourism is that it can lead to the increasing of drug dealer

crime. This could harm the whole country because another form of crime will increase such

as robbery, thefts, gangs, and the murder. Statistic of crime will elevate rapidly due to the

criminal cases. This could shake the peaceful we own in our country and we unable to live in

peace. Plus, the races will be divided and no longer united. Crimes are everywhere and the

outsider will look negatively toward our nation and races.

Another obvious disadvantage of tourism is that it is dangerous. There are quiet

numbers of animals and humans deceases which are not common for our country, and we do

not know about their existence and symptoms.It becomes more dangerous when it is an

infectious decease. Most of those travelers did not give much attention to it when they got the

strange symptoms until it gets worst.This could harm the community or people in the country.

For example, if the traveler back home and having the symptom but he neglects it, the

decease will be spread to his family and get worst. In the end, It might cost a person his life.

Sometimes it takes ages to fully recover from this type of decease. Thus, one traveler should

do the medical checkup once he returns to his homeland. From my point of view, this is quite

a bothersome, and to me it is just another disadvantage.

The influx of tourists also causes the road congestion. The traffic will chocked with

vehicles and the city is fully crowded. Tourist cities are usually full of people and annoying

tourists who may not know the local norms andexpectations which can offend the locals. The

crowded road can cause a problem to the citizens. For example; traffic jam will stuck those

employees on the road and they will be late to go to their work place. Things get more

worstwhen they have to drive at high speed because they are late. This will expose them to

the vehicles crash.If the road are chock with tourists this could involve them in the accident.

The other negative side is that pollution and disruption to the people and wildlife

habitats could occur if the number of tourism in a country is out of the league. The pollution

that obviously happens is air and noise pollution. Air pollution from tourist transportation has

a hideous impact, especially from carbon dioxide emissions by the motors vehicles. And it

can contribute to severe local air pollution. Some of these impacts are quite specific to tourist

activities. As example, during the summer season, tour buses often leave their motors running

for hours while the tourists go out for an excursion because they want to return to a

comfortably air-conditioned bus.While the motors running, carbon dioxide and carbon

monoxide are spread into the air and cause the air pollution. Air pollution could cause a few

decease to the citizens. For instance, asthma, lung cancer, and emphysema.

Noise pollution occursfrom airplanes,lorries, cars, and buses are an ever-growing

problem of modern life. It is expectable that this had cause an annoyance, stress, and evenhearing loss for its humans who live in the tourists city. This could also cause a distress to the

wildlife. For instance, noise generated by four-wheel truck can cause animals to change their

natural activity patterns. When this is happening, the animal life cycle will be interrupted.

In summary, global tourism had cause a lot of negative impacts either to the human

being, wildlife or the environment. To my way of thinking, government should take a few of

steps in order to cope with this tourism disadvantages. For example set a limit of how many

tourists could enter the country. This will help fix the damage that is already occur.
