Located in northeast Alabama, USA, JSU was founded in 1883. JSU offers a wide range of programs, including forty-five under-graduate programs and twenty-four graduate programs. The English Language Institute (ELI) at JSU also offers an opportunity to students who wish to learn English as a second language. Conditional Admission to JSU via the English Language InstituteStudents who do not have the minimum English proficiency test score required for admission to JSU may be conditionally admit-ted to the university by attending the ELI and successfully completing the program. After successful completion, students may enroll in degree-earning classes at JSU.
