PARA QUE SÃO USADOS OS PRONOMES RELATIVOS ?
Quando mencionamos alguém ou algo em uma oração e queremos dar mais informações a respeito da pessoa ou da coisa , podemos fazê - lo introduzindo uma outra oração.
Para ligar as duas orações utilizamos os Pronomes Relativos.
Os Pronomes Relativos substituem um substantivo que já foi mencionado na oração anterior.
The boy broke the window.

O relativo that não pode ser usado com preposição.

Em inglês informal omite-se o relativo e se desloca a preposição para depois do verbo, ou se o verbo vier seguido de objeto direto , para depois deste.
