English Breakfast Breakfast means ‘breaking the fast’. A fast is a time when no food is eaten. Breakfast is the first meal of the day and breaks an overnight fast which could be as long as 10 hours. You are going to listen a video about the British breakfast. But before you have to answer some questions: 1.
