Experience:

➢ 2011 Research Assistant with Particle Physics Group at UT KnoxvilleParticipated as research assistant with Particle Physics Group in an investigation of the physical properties of a liquid scintillator candidate for use in the far detector for the NOvA Neutrino Experiment at Fermilab. The investigation involved firing photons of different wavelengths at the scintillator in a sealed chamber and measuring the intensity of the scintillation using a photodiode.

➢ Experienced with Programmable Logic Controllers Through coursework and projects gained experience both wiring and programming major Allen Bradley and Automation Direct product lines such as DirectLogic, MicroLogix and SLC 500

➢ Proficiency with MatLab

Used MatLab to simulate both coherent and noncoherent communications modulation schemes, Reed-Solomon codes, Cramer-Rao bounds and UMP tests. Also used MatLab to simulate radar cross section, gain, effective aperture, noise figure and performance using various forms of the radar range equation as well as linear pulse compression techniques utilizing ambiguity functions.

➢ Ability to Obtain a ClearanceI have no known issues that would prevent me from obtaining a clearance
