    The copper terminal of cable is put up with a heat-shrink tube or wrapped with at least two layers ofadhesive insulating tape.

    ACDB & power DB as per ZTE requirement and specs, including all accessories .

    Excavation in soft soil,back filling and compaction with excavated material in layers of 200mm as per

    drawing & specs.

    Power cables, grounding cables, E1 cables are labeled at both ends.these labels are pasted and

    marked neatly in the same position closely to 20mm away from the cable end.

    The cables in the cabinet shall be tied tidily and be either level or vertical. The cable ties shall be

    bundled in moderate strength in consistent direction and even interval.

    The labels in the cabinet are printed and should use ZTE dedicated pasters, with smooth surface. Observe.each error is 0.5 score.

    The redundant ties cut smoothly without burr. the white ties used indoor and black tie used outdoor.

    Cable ladders and their supports installed firmly and grounded reliably. Observe.,each error is 0.5 score.

    Outdoor cables on equipment pad have G.I flexible pipe and clamps with proper distance of 200mm. Observe.each material is 0.5 score.

    3.If the site quality defects are found,sub con will receive engineering quality improvement notice from ZTE and complete rectification in limited days.

    4.If checked scores converted from 100 is less than 90, outsourcing management dept. will execute penalty as per contract at once.

    2.Once SDR is in "Cutover" status in a week,sub con must submit engineering quality checklist and appointed complete pictures to RPM office for audit.
