provision of engineering & technical procurement services.

Given our branch offices in the USA and a local Nigerian office in Port Harcourt, we are positioned and experienced to ensure

prompt and competitive services.

Petroconsult Energy was established in the United Kingdom in 1996 and has over the years maintained a reputation for

quality service through our consultancy training in Materials Supply Chain Management in particular to international and

national oil companies. Our excellent reputation can be vouched for by our several international clients, holding us

accountable for the continuous delivery of impeccable services which we endeavour to provide.

We supply a wide range of high quality products for Exploration & Production activities to Oil & Gas exploration and

production companies. All our services are governed by UK HSE standards and UK Common Law.

Similarly our services are with a commitment to meet clients’ specifications and timeline all within contract terms and

conditions. PETROCONSULT sources products, spares and equipment from reputable manufacturers with efficient and global

maintenance backup services as may be agreed with our clients.

Through constant communication between our UK head office and our affiliate offices using varied media including the

internet, we are well positioned to effectively participate in e-procurements as it relates to all clients’ e-procurement software

such as TOTAL’s ARIBA and SHELL’s SAP MARKET.

Procurement Policy At PETROCONSULT all engineering and technical procurement services are provided at competitive prices, providing our cli-

ents the much needed cost containment and cost efficiency.

Enclosed is the list and classification of the various types of tools, equipment and spares that we provide.

Given our global reach, we are also in a position to execute the supply of additional range of equipments required and listed in

most oil & gas exploration and production projects.

Payment Policy All of our procurement services are based on work orders and contract terms and conditions

Typically we supply on 30 days credit from date of receipt of consignments by client

All supplies are either Ex-client delivery location, Ex-Port-of-entry, Ex-our UK office/warehouse or ex-loading port

All US Dollar denominated payments are domiciled into our Barclays Bank account in London, while all Naira denominated

contracts are paid into our Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) Plc account in Lagos
