Capability StatementAvtech has been in the precision manufacturing business since 1979, specialising in machining precision components for a diverse range of industries.

We continually invest in the latest in CNC machining technology, including a large selection of high-tech machine tools for your precision component manufacturing.

The majority of our lathes have live milling spindles on the turret, enabling them to complete a component in one operation, preventing multiple setups and at the same time, providing a cost saving benefit for our customers.

Many of our CNC lathes are equipped with automatic bar feeders, allowing us to machine larger batch quantities unattended, producing high volume machining with low labour inputs. Our machining centres have a rotary 4th axis, with one having an extra tilting 5th axis for more complex machining.

Our machining capability is supported by the programming department that utilises the latest 3D CAD/CAM and 3D modelling software.

We can assist with design or provide improvement for your product with Solidworks modelling. We also offer complete turn-key solutions to take your ideas from concept to the manufactured component. Our quality is backed up when required using a CMM measurement.

Our customers’ needs come first and we can manufacture their components in batch quantities of one or two, to batches of larger quantities.

Inter-SteelProviding quick turnaround for steel fabrication and engineering manufacturers of Western Australia

Capability StatementInter-Steel Pty Ltd recognise that steel fabrication and engineering manufacturers of Western Australia need a quick turnaround from order to delivery for their profiled cut steel plate requirements.

We are also aware that the total cost of profile cutting steel in-house is prohibitive due to machine capital outlay, operator and programming staff requirement, steel plate stock and remnant control cost, as well as the amount of valuable floor space which is taken up by machine and stock.

Inter-Steel Pty Ltd offers its customers quick delivery response with a norm of three to four days from order to delivery.

We have even programmed and profile cut overnight especially for those customers who have urgent need and may be located in country WA locations. This is achieved by employing top quality people who understand our customer’s needs and requirements, and the latest profile cutting technology which includes laser, plasma, hi-definition plasma, oxy fuel and plate drilling, slot milling, counter sinking and chamfering systems all from one location.

Utilising the latest laser, plasma and oxy fuel technology together with advanced CAD/CAM programming software, Inter-Steel Pty Ltd has become recognised as a leading supplier of profiled cut steel plate in Western Australia.

Our many years of applications experience in the mineral processing and quarrying industries ensure that InterScreen Aust Pty Ltd can offer the correct screening media for the application.
