ALL Students should bring with them a NOTEPAD and PENCIL/PEN with which to take notes on the content of the visit. The student-notes should form the basis of the Field Trip Report.

Field Trip Grading 5 points for attendance. Completion of the trip report will be considered evidence of

attendance 0-5 Points for sending to the Main Host a THANK YOU eMail within one week of the

touro Thank-you-note Grading based on including a THOUGHTFUL comment on the

tour and how much you learned. Examples of grading schema

A “thanks for the Tour” eMail gets about 1-point A PARAGRAPH that lists specific activities, explanations, etc.,

demonstrations that were of interest to you gets 5-points Attach a copy of your eMail Thank-You as an APPENDIX to your trip
