Corporate Culture
• “Gender Fatigue.”• Male CEOs simply don’t see the lack of
women around them, conditioned by decades of women’s initiatives.
• 56% of men (compared with only 39% of women) think that women have made considerable progress at their companies over the past ten years.
• 58% of men say that the reason for the progress is that their company has been trying harder to promote women.
• 57% of women say it is because women have made great strides in terms of performance and educational credentials.

Corporate Culture
• “Gender Fatigue.”• Men are also far less likely to recognize
that gender bias is still prevalent in the workplace. 49% of women think gender bias is
alive and well today, only 28% of men agree.
Twice as many male CEOs (40%) as Sr. Women (20%) estimated the representation of women in upper management to be over 20%.
