An initiative of Government of Gujarat to establish LNG Receiving, Storage and Regassification terminal at the coast of Gujarat.

Jointly promoted by State Government of Gujarat along with other state sector entities including Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd (“GSPC”), in association with Adani Enterprises Limited (“AEL”).

Incorporated in February, 2007 for the purpose of developing a Greenfield LNG Terminal at Mundra in Gujarat, India.

Initial nameplate capacity of 5 MMTPA, expandable up to 10 MMTPA.

Location: Mundra, Gujarat, India.

Construction Period: 3-4 years.

Expected COD: 1st Quarter 2017.
