Selecting technologies for energy production & productive use that are cost-effective, robust, mature and match with local energy resources. **Mouse click** 3. Efficient, effective and equitable energy service delivery model for energy production, distribution & services for creation of livelihood opportunities and EnergyPlus enterprises. **Mouse click** 4. Creating supply chain for technologies and services to contribute to livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and improved access to health, education and community services. **Mouse click** 5. Facilitatating policy, regulatory and financial support (including risk sharing and/or guarantees). **Mouse click** 6.
