The Energy Technology Center (ETC Building) is an impressive four story 236,000 square foot office building located in St. Paul’s Energy Park. This modern, silver metal panel and glass building was constructed in 1982 by the Control Data Corporation. The building sits on a prime fourteen acre site in the heart of St. Paul’s Energy Park district. Energy Technology Center boasts numerous amenities including an expansive cafe and vending area with daily food service, dry cleaning, 840 stalls of surface parking, a loading dock, a freight elevator and three separate elevator lobbies.
The Energy Technology Center is conveniently located ten minutes from either downtown, with excellent access to Rosedale and Midway shopping centers. Individual office floors are as large as 60,000 sf. Tenants range in size from full floor to individual 1,000 sf. office suites. Exterior building signage is avail-able along Energy Park Drive.
