About your masterclass leader:Peter Hohaus started his professional work in private legal practice at the end of 1997. He is a qualified
German lawyer with a special educational focus on private international law and comparative law.
He joined the legal department of E.ON Ruhrgas AG (at the time Ruhrgas Aktiengesellschaft) at the
beginning of 2001, advising the company on German, European and International Energy Law. Peter
Hohaus joined Eurogas (Union of the European Gas Industry) in Brussels in December 2007 and took the function
as Senior Manager Legal & Regulatory Affairs until September 2009. There he dealt with the European Energy
Legislation, such as the “Third Energy Internal Market Package” and the revision of the Security of Gas Supply
Directive. Peter Hohaus is currently responsible for gas topics, international affairs and energy efficiency at the
Representative Office of E.ON SE in Berlin. In this context he is focusing on different issues of German Energy Policy
and the interrelations with European and international Energy Policy. He participated in various conferences as
speaker and chairman on national and international level, and he has also published on the mentioned topics.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your attendance at an event and you are unable to send asubstitute, then we will refund/credit 50% of the due fee less a £50 administration charge, providingthat cancellation is made in writing and received at least 28 days prior to the start of the event.Regretfully cancellation after this time cannot be accepted.
Alterations: It may become necessary for us to make alterations to the content, speakers, timing,venue or date of the event compared to the advertised programme.
