Oregon Housing and Community Services

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) provides weatherization and energy conservation services at no cost to households at or below 200 percent of federal poverty income level. These programs are delivered through community agencies and supported by the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, B.P.A. and utility funds.

Energy Trust of Oregon

Energy Trust is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to helping utility customers benefit from saving energy and generating renewable power. Services and cash incentives are available for residential customers of Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural, Cascade Natural Gas and Avista.

Community Energy Project

Community Energy Project (CEP) is a Portland-based nonprofit that works with homeowners to create a safe, healthy and efficient home. CEP has worked with thousands of homeowners, from small upgrades to complete home retrofits and is a trusted resource for financing, finding a contractor, utility incentives, and quality assurance.

Investing in an energy-efficiency upgrade is now easier than ever for income-qualified homeowners. Resources and incentives from Oregon Housing and Community Services, Energy Trust of Oregon and Community Energy Project are available to help you reduce energy bills and increase your family’s day-to-day comfort.
