Eligibility Requirements:Small and Big Business eligibility is determined by monthly* energy consumption. The easiest way to determine your energy consumption is to look at your previous and current month’s natural gas or electricity bills.

Small Business Criteria:• Natural Gas or Electricity: If your business uses

less than 100,000 m3 of natural gas or 300,000 kWh of electricity annually

• Small business customers will order directly at the online portal via your ACN Direct Online Store

• Fixed, Variable, Peak Protection and Green plans available

Big Business Criteria:• Natural Gas or Electricity: If your business uses

more than 100,000 m3 of natural gas or 300,000 kWh of electricity annually you may qualify for Planet Energy’s custom proposal program

• IBOs will use the Big Business Program forms to submit a customer lead – Find these forms in your IBO Back Office

• Fixed, Variable and Green plans available
