MAKE IT A REALITYLet́ s see how Mary, our end customer, interacts with Worldline during her shopping journey

Mary navigates on her Merchant Application and sees new recommended products linked to her basket. She is interested in a few of these products and decides to go to the store to try them.

At the end of the transaction, because she is a loyal customer, the shop offers her a free coffee. Mary scans the QR code with her Messenger app. She enjoys the coffee and can explore other products in the shop.

At the store, she picks up her products and goes to pay. A QR code is displayed on the device screen for her to retrieve her loyalty account.

The seller asks Mary whether she is interested in viewing the journey of her Colombian coffee, from collection to production, by scanning a QR code. Mary appreciates this transparency and feels comfortable with the brand.

On this next-generation device, as the seller is scanning and bagging her items, Mary can see her basket and in parallel can access several new services: Charity, Loyalty and Coupons. She can either accumulate or use the money she has saved through the loyalty rewards program.

On her way back home, Mary decides to buy the coffee she tried and adds it to her Merchant Wallet Basket through her connected watch.

She pays for her items, and as she wants some items for her child, she chooses the ‘try & buy’ option. This option allows her to test the product for up to 2 weeks before making any payment.

At home, she checks the basket, which she uses jointly with her family. She deletes one of the items and pays for the rest through her Google Home Assistant.
