On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee, the Institute of Animal

Reproduction and Food Research of Polish Academy of Sciences in association

The fees for our Meeting including refreshments and lunches are as followed:

80 Euro for students and 120 Euro for non-student participants.

Besides the main part of the Conference You will be able to participate in

interesting Talks of our invited speakers which will be held to the PhD students

of the KNOW Consortium: “Healthy Animal - Safe Food”, on September, 13,

2017, which is available without additional fee.

Abstract Requirements: Abstracts must be written in English and prepared

strictly according to the instructions for submission. The language should be

concise and avoid jargon. Abbreviations must be defined and should be used

sparingly. Abstracts should consist of original data that contains objectives,

experimental methods (including statistical methods), results, and conclusions.

The program chairman and two other referees will subject each abstract to

rigorous scientific review

Submission Deadlines: Deadline to submit abstracts is Monday, July 17, 2017

at 11:59 PM, Central Time.

Selection for oral presentations will be based on scientific merit, and priority

will be given to abstracts that relate to the main session topics.

Social Events

Get-together Party will take place at the Entrance Hall of the Faculty of

Veterinary Medicine, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn on Sunday,

September, 9, 2017 at 6 p.m.

The Gala Dinner (fee: 40 Euro) will take place in an old polish Brewery, called

„Browar Warmia”, and will include Polish traditional food and homemade beer.

The special event will be the dancing performance of our traditional folk group

„Warmia” on Monday, September, 11, 2017 at 8 p.m. Don't miss out on this

opportunity to attend.
