The Crawford PartnershipThis year we have decided to make a donation to the London Centre for Children with
Cerebral Palsy instead of sending christmas cards.
Our end of year review illustrates some of this years projects and also the various events we have paticipated in:
1. New "underground house" near Kew Gardens:Work has begun on site for a new build home to code for sustainable homes level 3 comprising of a new excavated basement and open plan ground floor.
2. Putney Refurbishment and extension:Ground floor extension and loft conversion for private house in Putney
3. Contemporary Camden extension featured in the Sunday Times Home supplement

4. Historic House refurbishment in Regents Park:
Work is nearly complete on the refurbishment and extension of this 1830's Grade II listed property including a new basement below the rear garden and glass box at the rear.
5. North London House refurbishment:Work is currently ongoing on a private home in Barnet comprising of loft conversion, extension, refurbishment throughout and landscaping.

6. Designer magazine "Kitchen and Bathroom" AwardsAlan Crawford was on the judging panel for the Designer magazine awards
7. Charity Triathlon RunAlex Pickard completed a Triathlon raising money for The Cambodian Trust.

8. Contemporary Islington Home RefurbishmentWe are currently going out to tender for a contemporary rear extension for a private property.
9. Listed house refurbishment in Hampstead.Work has just completed on a private home creating a glass box extension and basement.
10.London Marathon triumph for charityVikki Hawkins completed the London Marathon raising over a thousand pounds for "Get kids going"
11. French Embassy Visa Office faceliftCrawfords are working on the refurbishment of the visa department for the French Embassy in association with Architect Agnes Cremel

15. 5 New build houses in Muswell HillWe are currently designing 2 energy efficient semi detached properties and a Passiv Haus detached property for a development in Haringey
12. New build apartment block in Hampstead A revised scheme has been submitted to planning for the redevelopment and extension of a property in Hampstead conservation area
13. Planning appeal success in Highgate
We successfully won planning permission at appeal for a 900sqm new build scheme in Highgate conservation area

16. Finsbury Park Hotel development
We are currently taking pre application advice for a new 5000m2 hotel scheme on a prominent site adjacent to Finsbury Park
17. Contemporary extension in Muswell HillWorked has been completed on a private contemporary ground floor extension
18. British Military Fitness 10KCrawfords participated in the British Military fitness off road 10K in October
19.New Build flats and houses in StreathamA planning aplication has been submitted for 18 new build energy efficient flats and houses

21. New apartment block in Lima, Peru.Crawfords is preparing a design submission for a new 16 storey apartment building in Lima.

Our design for a 50 unit new flat development has been completed on site for ASRA housing association.
