RECORDS TRANSFERSRecords released are now imported at IAKSS, with the exception of Transcripts. This will continue for 14-15.Registrars, pay close attention to your Process Inbox! It should be checked at least once daily.If you receive a message for a student who was not last enrolled in your school, simply delete the message. Do not Release, Reject or Ignore the request!

ENROLLMENTS TABWhen a student is enrolling under any of the following circumstances, be sure to add the last school, district, state, etc. that they last attended:

1. Student is enrolling in FCPS for the first time in a grade other than Kindergarten

2. Student is enrolling in FCPS after being enrolled in a different school district or private school

When a student is withdrawing to attend another district or private school, be sure to add the new school, district, state, etc. that they will be attending.
