DETERMINING WHICH STUDENTS ARE TESTED
• Collaborate with counselors or the person who handles class scheduling to determine which courses provide graduation credit in the four EOC content areas
• Pull an adhoc report for each of these courses• Collaborate with teachers to determine which of the
students will and/or will not be successfully completing (passing all components)the course.
• Compare this list to the list of students on the Data Management Center to determine any students who have previously tested. https://assessment.jefferson.kyschools.us/DMC/
• Order units based upon the number of students who will most likely complete the assessment. When in doubt order a test!
• The Testing Unit will automatically order a small overage for you.
