CORPORATEBUSINESS EXCHANGE

Held in Orlando, FL, our client wanted a networking and information exchange environ-ment where people could learn, network, and exchange ideas and information. Our team was able to further extend our services into providing comprehensive solutions for the General Session and Wellness Run portions of the program. The Exchange area featured a custom-designed and custom-built central bar with an over-head structure and projection. This communal gathering was a dramatic focal point that also allowed for the delivery of branded messaging and content. Two stage sets were also created for this event with the intent of disseminating information and sparking industry-specific dialogue. A technology zone was created for demos and one-on-ones regarding the organization’s available apps and technologies. Staffed by members of the organization’s IT department, this gave attendees a chance to meet face-to-face with colleagues whom they may previously had only spoken with via phone or e-mail.


A freestanding V-shaped wall created an area that allowed our social media ex-pert to give scheduled talks/presentations to small groups interested in further-ing their overall knowledge on specific networking related topics. Similarly, the freestanding X-shaped wall created four separate areas for attendees to work one-on-one with consultants in creating their social media profiles. The X-shaped walls which we carved, designed, and painted to complement the surrounding environment created an intimate atmosphere with a degree of privacy.

Double decker “deal zones” were created for private board room conversations or soft-seating lounge style interactions. Custom signage was created to identify specific areas and make navigation clear and easy. The rest of the space utilized a combination of communal high and low boys, furniture groupings/soft seating, and dining and cocktail rounds that offered a variety of options for networking, meeting, and eating.


CORPORATE GALA

Held in San Francisco, this corporate gala event featured custom stage sets, table decor, florals, linens, crystal chandeliers, glowing triangle tables and chairs, specialty linens, centerpieces and a fog-screen entry. The unique and elegant atmosphere of the gala was created through the use of our custom fabrication skills and eye for cohesive, high-quality, flawless design.

Additionally, we utilized branded illuminated columns in the common spac-es to integrate corporate messaging and also provided staging and set solu-tions for the General Session.


CORPORATE HOSPITALITYEVENT

This in-conjunction-with event was all about creating a branded lounge that served as an alternative to a traditional trade show booth style. In addition to the custom decor, bars, and furniture, we also designed print materials such as invitations and postcards which seamlessly coincided with the look and feel of the room. The branded space was perfect for networking in a cool and casual environment, and attendees were able to build relationships while sharing drinks which we also custom-made for the event.
