WHOISCOVEREDBYTHEWARRANTY

Thislimitedwarrantyextendstotheoriginalpurchaseronly.Thiswarrantyisnon-transferable.Hansgroheneitherassumesnorauthorizesanypersontocreateforitanyotherobligationorliabilityinconnectionwiththisproduct.

LENGTHOFWARRANTY

Hansgrohewillreplaceatnochargeforpartsonlyor,atitsoption,replace any product or part of the product that proves defectivebecause of improper workmanship and/or material, under normalinstallation,use,serviceandmaintenance.IfHansgroheisunabletoprovideareplacementandrepairisnotpracticalorcannotbemadeintimelyfashion,Hansgrohemayelecttorefundthepurchasepriceinexchangeforthereturnoftheproduct.REPAIRORREPLACEMENT(OR,INLIMITEDCIRCUMSTANCES,REFUNDOFTHEPURCHASEPRICE)ASPROVIDEDUNDERTHIS LIMITEDWARRANTY IS THEEXCLUSIVEREMEDYOFTHEPURCHASER.
