2010 2011 UNCF HBCU Empower Me Tour ChicagoUNCF and City Colleges of Chicago host day-long event for local high school and college students

Who: Tatyana Ali (actress, Love That Girl, TV One sitcom); Monique L. Jackson and KitaWilliams (celebrit y publicists, The T.O. Show, VH1); Warren Ballentine (attorney,author and radio talk show host of The Warren Ballentine Show, Radio One); and Chef DAS (finalist, The Next Food Network Star, The Food Network)

What: A free, one-day, jam-packed series of workshops seminars, panel discussions, andentertainment designed for Chicago area high school and college students focusing oncollege and career readiness. The Tour is designed to equip attendees with the tools andstrategies necessary for academic excellence, career building, professional developmentand community service.
