1. Patient search section: You could search for a patient or add a new patient from here.

2. Appointment List: Show the list of appoints for the provider selected or for all.

3. Documents: Lists all the documents related to the patient.

4. CDSS: Clinical Decision Support System

5. CPOE: Computerized Physician Order Entry

6. Message: All messages either from one patients or from different patients.

7. Lab Results: Will show all Lab results.

8. Links: Customizable

Initiating a New Document

1. Select the patient by entering the first few letters of the patient name in the search box and click enter. Select patient from the list which will show up.

2. Click on the document picture which will give you an option to create a “New Document”

3. Fill in the fields in the “New Document” box and press “OK”

1. Tabs: Each tab has its own function

2. Visit Details: Highlight of information showing the reason for the current visit.

3. Past Medical History: All information regards past medical history of the patient the provider need to be aware of.

4. List window: Will provide a list for History, Exam and Plan for the provider to work on. Could be customized also.

6. Preview Window: Will show how the report is been documented.

HM- Health Maintenance list forthe patient

ROS- Review of Systems AP- Assessment Plan by list SOAP- Subjective, Objective,Assessment and Plan

PMH- Past Medical History AP (ROS)- Assessment plan by Review of System

Billing

VS- Vital Signs CPOE- Computerized Physician Order Entry

Exam Default- Special feature Results- Lab Results

Document Dashboard

1. GUI Template: Templates could be saved for future use. See GUI on how to use it.

2. Doc Attached: This are documents related to the patient.

3. Pt Attached: Report documents related to the patient such as any reports which where scanned.

4. PMH could be either viewed or not viewed by selecting on of this option

5. Save in Progress: Temporary saving to finish the document latter.

6. Finish: Is to complete the file.

7. Close: Will give you and option to save the document or not to save.
