The PLUS+ medical pouch comes in ESSENTIALS, PRO and ADVANCED fill levels. The MTKN!-PLUS+ is available with a MOLLE med kit mount. The MTKN!-PLUS+ offers the same high speed access and se- curity for the trauma first aid pouch gear as the other MTKN! and TKN! med pouches by virtue of the inner med pouch shin- gle detaching instantly from the outer pouch with a pull of the ambidextrous tabs.
